Well I usually dont review stuff but after reading all the reviews here. I thought I would chime in on my experience. My Ipad 2 had a tiny cracked area that did not really affect my viewing at all, it was always just more of a nuisance. I also didnt want to pay big $ to have something so small in significance fixed. We have a new system at my work that allowed us to access our data from mobile devices so I thought I better fix up the ipad and I can take this on my trips instead of lugging my laptop. I went to the PA on Mayfield on March, 23rd and it was ready 24hrs later as promised. I had the digitizer repair done for $99.00. --I was happy-- until I got home and started to use it. First time I tried to use it my navigation button that worked fine before going there didnt work at all any more without multiple pushes for every action. The glass also felt like it wasnt entirely set correctly as I could feel or hear sound if I grabbed the Ipad with one hand. I kind of resigned myself to - well thats what you get for a 100 bucks until April 10th when I had my first rehearsal with my new glass. I put my Ipad into the IKlip and rehearsed. When I took it out I noticed the glass near the edge had shattered and then cracked across the screen way worse then it ever was before I brought it in. In reading the few negative reviews it looks like this is just a lesson learned. I just wanted others to know just because it looks right when you get it back doesnt necessarily mean it is right.

I have an old Samsung Strive slide keyboard phone. Ive kept it mainly because the calendar in it is almost completely full & the Strive isnt a Smart Phone, so theres no way to transfer the calendar. Id have to manually re-enter everything into a new phone. Well, something called the flex cable ribbon went bad before I bought a new phone & the phone no longer worked! I was devastated & lost because my "whole life" was in that phone! I lived by it everyday! Someone at the AT&T Store suggested I take it to Phone Ambulance. In 10 mins. they transferred the "guts" from my phone to a used, identical phone I bought on E-bay; & now its like a brand new phone! Everything from the old phone is in the "new" phone. Even a game I was in the middle of was still there just as I left it! Every single thing transferred over! The charge was very reasonable considering the wonderful outcome. I actually had tears of joy welling up in my eyes! They literally saved my life! They are miracle workers! I cant say enough about how remarkable they are! Dont lose hope if your phone is broken! Give them a chance & I just know youll leave satisfied & happy!

I took my cell phone in because my wifi stopped working after it received water damage. I understand that there is no guarantee of being able to repair a divide and the 40.00$ they charge id for "diagnosis". I told the person at the desk what wasnt working and why. They kept it over the weekend and called me on monday to come pick it up. When we returned to the store they told us the repair was a success and they somehow managed to get everything on the phone working again except the wifi...I then told the person at the desk that was the entire reason for bringing the phone in, and that everything else was already in working order. They got a frightened look, told me to wait a second and went to the back. After a few minutes they returned and said that, yes, it was a complete repair and the only thing that wasnt working was the wifi -_- I have concerns that not only did they not know what was originally not working on the phone, but they may have never even attempted to repair it. The customer service at this place is awful and I do not recommend anybody go here.

********DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR REPAIRS! THIS IS THE PLACE!************ My Husband and I have been going to Phone Ambulance for years. We are so lucky to have such an amazing cell phone repair shop in the Cleveland area. We our on the Verizon network and have a great contract with Verizon that we dont want to renew, so we have made a conscious decision not to renew it. Without being able to renew the contract, we keep our great unlimited data package, but the down side is we dont get amazing deals on new phones every 2 years.. Thats where Phone Ambulance comes in. Between my husband and myself, we have probably purchased at least 10 phones from them. We have never had any problems with the phones, the reason we have purchased so many phones is my husband has an obsession with having the latest and greatest phone. We have also had the occasional screen shatter, at least 4X, and they always come back like new. If you have any problems with your cell phone, this is the place to go, they are amazing! Signed, A foreverly satisfied customer!

When I first came in and explained what had happened to my phone the guy that I spoke to was very kind and had a look at it, told me to put all my information onto the computer and what was wrong with the phone. Next he told me what was going to happen and that they would give me a call when it was finished, it was an Apple 4. I gave them my husbands cell phone they called and when we didnt answer the phone, the guys gave me a description of what else was wrong with my phone and what else that was needed to get fixed, I called back, and they explained it again to me, and it was easy to understand I told them to go ahead with the fixing of the phone, and I have collected it today (Thursday) and its all fixed, it was worse than I first thought but now I have it back and I just want to say a very big Thankyou for the expert advice, your friendliness and the way you make us customers feel and if there is a problem you get it solved well at least you guys fixed my phone, so thank you once again for your help.

THE WORST! Cracked my back screen on iphone 4S March 6. Called, was told they had the part would take 15-20 min to fix. 50 min later, told the part they have doesnt fit, theyd have to order the correct part would take 1-2 days. Call 2 days later, part didnt come in. Call the next day, was told they were too busy to "open the shipment and check, part was probably in the box". Call LATER AGAIN! and the part was the company shipped them the wrong part (how convenient) and the company was going to correct it and ship it to Phone Ambulance in 1-2 days. Wait......yet again (a part that was supposedly there in stock 10 days later no part). So im told by some flunky that the part is backordered and theyre going to see about ordering it from another company. i ask how long is that going to take? and he tells me "a couple days but dont quote me on that". and i asked "will this part ever come it? or should i take the phone to apple? and he hangs up on me
