DO NOT go here, I SEVERELY regret it. Scratched my tv to hell and broke the screen. Worst customer service Ive ever seen in a shop, and they broke my tv and tried to lie about it. I took my TV here and it took a couple of weeks to get it fixed because of having to order different parts. Heres where things get really bad, they scratched my TV to hell a 55 Sony Vizio, 2 years old, LCD 1080P and I treat this like a baby. So they were getting my tv off the shelf and I said to the guy, that cant be my tv it looks old and scratched to hell, he said no this is yours. I turned it to inspect it and it was scratched to hell, the entire back cover and face of the tv all around the perimeter were scratched and indentations of scratches could be seen. The manager of the store admitted to the repair man sliding the tv off the shelf several times upside down, the scratches were on TOP of the tv and around the face. Another man came over and started talking to him in Spanish (which I speak) and said if he doesnt have pictures he cant prove we did it. I talked to the repair man on the phone in the shop and he said that he was sorry it was an accident and that he didnt mean to do it on purpose. I asked why they didnt use carpet or cloth to cover the tv if they were going to take it on and off the shelves and they said were sorry you know this plastic scratches easily. They tried to blame the PLASTIC of the tv for being scratched easily. They continued to argue with me that it was the tvs fault not theirs. Worst customer service Ive ever seen. I get the tv home to turn it on, the tv screen is cracked and doesnt work. I call back to say my screen was cracked the manager said ok yeah bring it back Ill talk to Julio the repair man, before I drive out there I called back to ask what he said, he now changes his position and denied it and said once its out the door its not their responsibility anymore and they cant help me. Now I plan on suing them for the cost of the tv.

Do not waste your time. Especially if you are not Hispanic. I brought my tv there about 5pm one evening. I explained the problem & knew it would not be looked at until next day. I waited for a call, nothing. Next day. Nothing. 3rd day I called & was told tv repair person not there that day. Day 4, nothing. Day 5, the same. Day 6, I call again & spoke to tv repair man. He said he "updated software" & it seemed to be working. I went to pick it up on day 7. I paid my $60 & left w/tv. I hooked it up, had it on for an hour, & same problem. Not fixed. I called back & was told it was under 30day warranty so bring it back. I was reluctant bc I did not want to be w/o my tv for another week. Well, that was not to be. It took 3 MORE WEEKS numerous phone calls (all but 1 by me) to get it back this time. I was told some part was changed. I didnt get a receipt, so I cannot say what was replaced. I also must say they did honor warranty & was not charged anything additional. That is the reason for the 2nd star. I finally picked up my tv & was told it had been working just fine all day. Great!! I get home, hook it up again, turn it on & after about 4-5hrs, same thing. It was not fixed!! What amounted to 1 month "in the shop" did not repair anything. I must add as an aside, that I googled the issue I was having before bringing the tv to this store. Multiple blogs, videos & sites claimed it was the "inverter board" & gave instructions on do it yourself. I opted for the "professional" approach. I mentioned my research, & was told by these folks that was not the problem. Well guess what? I took my tv elsewhere & thats exactly what it was. My tv was gone for 3days, & has come back working perfectly. Do not waste your time here. The term customer service is NOT in their dictionary. Completely clueless.

FREE DIAGNOSTIC - BIG MISTAKE - ALMOST SPENT $125 - GET A SECOND OPINION IF THEY LET YOU WALK OUT WITH YOUR DEVICE... I work for a retailer and we do free estimates in our store. Often times we find that the issue was a very simple matter. Easy solution wich means i wont be making a dime because no repair was needed or just a simple adjustment. My hope is that with my honesty I can gain a customer for life. When my brother asked me to check his laptop because the monitor did not turn on I sadly had to send him to a PC repair shop. Laptops are dificult. He gets an estimate for $125 for removing a virus. That made absolutely no sense to me. So after a whole ordeal of back and forth with the clerck who was not very willing to surrender the laptop, I get home and decided to look at it myself. To my surprise the laptop was fine. No viruses or issues with monitor. After a bit of research I found that laptops may have this issue because the memory or a connector can get out of place. Im guessing here but I feel like the repairman found the memory or a cable out of place and when it was placed back in it started working. An easy $125 from a customer who thought the laptop was really broken. They are really popular at a local radio spanish radio station, where my brother heard from them. Actually the radio hosts name is in the front of their stores. So really upset my brother asked to speak to the radio host off air. He figured this has happened to many people and no one has ever found out. The call my brother got from the owner was even worse. Calling him a liar and that we had taken the laptop to get fix somewhere else. Very unprofesional. My advise like I said. Get a second opinion if they let you walk out of the store with your computer.

**DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. I dropped off a TV and was quoted $120 by Miguel to fix the part. When I told him the price did not meet my satisfaction and I would just buy a new TV, he asked what I would pay. I originally said $75. He told me to bring in $80 cash. I said OK and hung up. After thinking about it (literally 3 minutes), I called back (his employee answered) and said never mind and that I would be by to pick up the TV (unfixed). The employee told me ok, no problem. A few minutes later I receive a call back from this employee telling me two different stories. First, that Miguel had taken the TV to fix it at another store. I asked for the other store’s phone number which could not be provided. The employee put me on hold for several minutes before he came back and said the TV was already fixed and that I owed $80. Finding it hard to believe that a TV was repaired within 3 minutes, I asked him to have Miguel call me back. Miguel called me back a few minutes later and proceeded to scream at me and threaten me to come pick up the TV with $80 cash or a court order. Shocked by this treatment, I asked him to calm down and lower his voice. He then told me I could pick up the TV for $60 cash or a court order. I showed up the next day with a cop and $60 cash. I will NEVER return to this store and I would NEVER recommend this place of business to ANYONE. I don’t know how he has managed to stay in business for as long as he has. Honesty is always the best policy. This business would have much better reviews if they weren’t trying to constantly rip people off. Very sad and disappointing that a business owner would treat paying customers like this.
