FAKE REVIEWS. I dont know if every person who has reviewed this business are his friends or what. But I needed a simple job done for my computer. He gave me an astronomically high price for the service after calling him a half dozen times and leaving him several voice mail messages. I ended up doing the work myself as it was easier than I thought. He then proceeded to pester and attack me saying how I did not know what I was doing and talking about what kind of person I was. I tried multiple times to end the text conversation, but he proceeded to text me very unprofessional things while being very hostile. He then recommended me to a local shop which he talked bad about as well and said they would charge me double what he quoted. When in fact they wanted half of what he quoted me. Overall this guy is extremely rude and unprofessional, not to mention his business is ran out of his house, dont let that trick you into thinking he will give you better service or a better price. I definitely wouldnt recommend him to any, ever. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My hard drive went bad and my laptop completely crashed. I called Matt and he let me drop it off at 9 that evening. After that he was incredibly helpful in advising me of what hard drive to get and of keeping me posted on the status of fixing my laptop/saving my hard drive. He was then able to recover all of my files and transfer them back to my laptop!!! Plus the price was awesome! I absolutely recommend Expert PC and MAC repair to everyone!

My PC had blue death/bad battery issues. Would not complete startup. Its a Toshiba which has a battery that requires a serious teardown. Matt replaced battery and Im back up & running within a week (including battery shipment). I would recommend Matt to anyone that wants prompt repairs with personal attention in a non traditional store front. Great to work with and listens to your comments. Repairs spot on with reasonable cost.

Easiest tech repair ever! The priceing is much less than what Im used to paying for laptop repairs. When I brought my Lenovo in Matt walked me through the issues and solutions in very digestible langue for someone like myself who is not very versatile in computer jargon. I wil absolutley be taking my business here and the future and would highly recommend it for anyone else looking for fair priced, quality repairs.

He made sure all of my files were still on my computer, got rid of the terrible virus I had, and even went above and beyond my immediate needs and suggested Windows 10 for my little Netbook. I had a very busted gateway computer that Ive had several other people look at that couldnt get it fixed. Matt took his time and was able to repair it and got it running like new again. Matt did an amazing job and wasnt expensive at all. My laptop was so full of viruses I literally couldnt do anything on it. After Matt fixed it he even upgraded the software and added antivirus. Matt did exactly what I asked of him and Im honestly so happy to have a fast running laptop again. Would definitely recommend Matt to friends.

My Mac was completely useless due to a login loop after I attempted to update to Sierra and Matt had it fixed in less than 24 hours. It runs much better now (it had started to slow down after having it a few years). He got it back to me very quickly, charged an extremely fair price, and has flexible hours. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful service! Bought a refurbished Computer and had my old computers data transferred. Matt took time to explain how to hook everything back up, and even went to the store to get me a new keyboard and speakers. I definitely Recommend Matt. Hes the best!
