My Laptop quit working. Kurt is very knowledgable!. He Diagnosed what the problem was,(the motherboard) did some research to see how much it would be to replace it. When to price of the part was more than I paid for the laptop when it was new, He showed me how to retrieve all the files on my broken laptop! He then sold me a part that would make my old hard drive work like an external hard drive, for only twenty dollars! He even removed the hard drive from my old computer, installed it in the new device, and talked me through retreiving my files from it and installing them on another laptop! In such a technical business, it would be easy for someone to rip off desperate customers, but Kurt Was knowledgable, honest, and patient with my lack of technological savvy! I would highly recommend him to anyone, and if I ever need computer repair again, I will definatley give him my business!
