I went there to get my screen replaced and paid 160 dollars. when I got my phone back i tryed to listen to music but my speaker didnt work on my phone. So I had to wait another week for them to get the part for it because the tech messed it up.then when I picked up my phone it turns out they bought a new phone and just switched the mother boards in them but the phones screen had scratches all over it and the battery was on its last life.the phones battery would die sooner every day now it dies when its around 20%. I do not recommend going there.

I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. My phone suddenly died and it was charged so I wasnt sure what was wrong with it. Needed my phone back immediately and we drove by here so I went in. They were going to charge me $55 just for a diagnostic test to figure out what was wrong. NO WAY! I left and went to CellGuyz because they have done great work for me before. Within a minute they tested my phone, reset it for me and I was out the door for free. I WILL NEVER GO TO CELL PHONE REPAIR AGAIN.

Thanks to Hank I will be getting at least another year out of my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge with a new battery! Price wasnt bad at all and I had my phone back after exploring The Strip for a couple hours. With all Android phones headed towards non-removeable batteries, this place will be my go-to for future replacements. Much better than packing up my phone, sending to Samsung, and waiting several days plus paying shipping both ways.

Had wifes backplate replaced by them, picked up Aug 9, 2 weeks later wife playing solitaire in bed heard popping noise turned phone over to see the back cracked from top to bottom. They claimed that it was a pressure crack therefore not under warranty. I was there and know better. Warranty is worthless!! Replying back to their follow up email returned as non existent account. Do not recommend going there.

Cant thank Chandler enough for helping me fix my iPhone 6! My phone stopped charging - when I called to see if they could fix he made sure the part was in stock and made me an appointment. When I got there he looked at the charging port said there was just lint in the phone so we were out the door with a fixed phone that cost me ZERO! Excellent customer service!! Thank you again!

The gentlemen who helped me were very kind and educated about the topic. They really made sure my phone was in good hands and that my experience was better than my last ones. The only thing about the new screen they put on my iphone is that the color is a little different. Almost as if its tinted yellow. Besides that I had a great experience.
