This place is horrible, I brought my Note 3 in to get the screen fixed the guy told me that this was a rare screen and expensive to get the pieces which I understood. He then told me he could get the screen cheaper by $50 from a different vender and it should take the same amount of time to come in (with in the week). It took 3 weeks, I had to call to see if it came in and every time I called it was not in and he said he would call when it did come in. I would have told him to forget it but he had me pay up front BIG MISTAKE. Well he never did call until it was done. I went and picked up my phone and noticed that the S pen was not inside so I had to go back, this guy had no idea where my pen was and was trying to shove other pens into the hole that clearly did not fit. Totally unorganized. Then I told him that I needed a charger and he sold me the wrong charger, I noticed when I got home and then had to go back and tell him it was the wrong one. He then told me that he does not have the charger that fits my phone... SO WHY SELL ME THE WRONG ONE AND NOT TELL ME IN THE FIRST PLACE!?! I do not recommend this place to anyone they have no clue what they are doing, they do not keep you updated, overcharge you, and lose your things. UPDATE When I got back from vacation I went back up to CPR to return the $50 charger that was the wrong one for my phone (it did fit but it was not the one that super charged that I had wanted and expected) the guy that helped me before told me to keep the charger and gave me my money back. He told me he knew that I had a bad experience and he wanted to make it right. I appreciate that which is why I felt the need to update my review and add a star. I do not think I would go higher though because all of the headache it caused but I respect someone who is willing to at least try to right their wrongs. I still am not sure I can recommend CPR though.

I called the store at 10:00am to ask about an Iphone they had for sale. Friendly, knowledgeable associate informed they still had the phone and would hold it for me until i arrived. Sale was quick and easy with no surprises which is always nice. They even upgraded my cover to glass from plastic for no charge. Upon getting the phone back to work and trying to charge it up I discovered the battery was dead. The associate warned me this was a possibility. Called the store and they told me there was another location closer to me that would switch out the battery. Again, quick and easy with no surprises. Will definitely try them again if my phone has any issues.

my tablet was not charging samsung 10.1, took it to someone I usually take my desktop to foe upgrading, he told me that my motherboard was gone, I just needed a second opinion, I only had it for 2 years, they checked it after I looked on utube to see what it maybe, found out that the tech at cpr was saying exactly what I thought it was after research, it was the charge port, not the motherboard. Out of $30.00 from him. Will take my computer an tablet there from now on. Will recommend it to anyone.

Great customer AND repair service. Heres what you gain by going with a 3rd party repair service. So my wife dropped her iPhone in water. The Apple Store said they will not try to recover any of the data, just swap the phone. So I take it to CPR. They repaired the phone for a little over half the cost it would be to replace the iPhone, and helped us to recover our precious data (mostly photos). Excellent work!

I arrived 5 minutes before they opened and they gladly unlocked the door and took care of my phone immediately. I waited for my glass to be replaced and they had me on my way in half the quoted time and saved me money over the quoted rate from my appointment. I am very happy about using CPR Macedonia and will recommend them to anyone needing service on your cell phone or tablet.

Had an issue with charging and the mic, long story short, what they diagnosed over the phone was incorrect, which they admitted to, and instead of having to pay $70 for a repair, they warrantied a part (I had the screen replaced), and cleaned the charging port. Excellent customer service and good, honest people!
