Beware of your phones id! I went there to have a charging port on my Galaxy S5 replaced and they were nice and replaced it. When I went to pick up my phone they said that my glass would not fit back into the frame of my phone so they replaced it with a gold frame (mine was originally silver). I was a bit confused because my original one was in much better condition, but since I had a case over it I did not mind. Well a couple months later my charging port they replaced busted. I was going to exchange my phone with Best Buy since I had their buy back program, but they said I would need to get the charger fixed. The employee at best buy continues to tell me that the numbers on the back of my phone are not the same as my original phone. I explained to them that the frame was replaced. He said that they switched the motherboard into another phone and could not accept it because the numbers were not the same. I was supposed to get $140 credit to a new phone. I took it back the CPR and told them everything. They said they would replace the charger again since it failed, but they could do nothing about the phone being switched. I explained that I was told only the frame, not the phone was switched. He then told me that they were sorry and they would use this incident as a "training issue" for their employees. They said that it was "my fault" because I never told them that I was going to turn the phone in. I proceeded to tell them I didnt know I would two months ago. They kept saying it was not their fault and they would do nothing. I advised I would take it to small claims court and they took my information to have the manager call. It has been some weeks and I have had no call. I will be filing papers to get the money I am owed.

I went to Best Buy as i was a Geek Squad Member...which i have since cancelled...and they wanted 150.00 to replace my phone, leaving me phone-less for up to 5 days. So i drove by CPR and walked in. Though there were 3 people ahead of me already being helped they brought out a technician from the back and he diagnosed my problem and asked me to wait 15 minutes while he worked on it. It turned out it was the battery which he said would take about 30 minutes to replace. I grabbed a quick bite to eat and my phone was ready to go at the reasonable price of 55.00 and a great 6 month warranty plan which will get me to my next phone. I was beyond happy with my experience and would recommend CPR to anyone having phone troubles!

Initial visit was good, replaced the screen on my G2 in a few hours, the day after the screen was replaced no one could understand me on a phone call. Took it back and they had it over night just to tell me to try putting a new sim card in it. Id love to do that except now my phone is dead and none of my 3 G2 chargers will do anything. The phone just keeps telling me theyre not compatible chargers. Every time I take it back the phone gets worse. Update* It took a few tries but everything is finally fixed. Again - The staff was very courteous and nice the whole time

I love This place. I am a very Clutsy person so Im in and out of here a lot and every person whose helped me so far is phenomenal! They answer every question I have and are always quick to fix my phone. They have never tried to pressure me into getting something fixed and even tell me when they dont think its worth the money to get fixed. I recommend this place to everyone I talk to with phone problems!

I loved my phone but it was no longer charging. My carrier plan doesnt fix phones and wanted to sell me a new, more expensive phone. This company was able to replace the charging part and I am able to use my phone again. They had great customer service too. Recommend using this place to fix phones, mine is a Galaxy 5.

I cant speak to the quality of work as I chose not to use the service. When I asked about cost it seemed as if the worker made a number up on the spot. Either, dishonest pricing or bad customer service. Either way, Ill live with a cracked screen rather than spend $300
