I went to the CPR store to have them repair my phone. The phone would not take a charge and I was unable to correct the problem myself. The young man helping me was very polite and worked on fixing my problem straight away. The young man sought some additional help from the back of the store and out came Dave Howard, the COO of the company. Dave went to work resolving my issue. Initially, the thinking was that my phone needed a new charge port which would have cost around $80. I was prepared for this cost when Dave said he was going to try and clean it and fix the problem himself. Well, Dave was successful is fixing my phone and he was so nice in doing the work. I was so impressed with his professionalism and his eagerness to fix my problem. Dave did not charge me for this quick bit of cleaning. He seemed happy to help me. I thanked him so much and he even let me keep the coupon that I brought in for the repair work. I am happy to recommend CPR, Dave Howard, and all of the staff at Cell Phone Repair. I will go back to their stores in the future and I will send anyone I know to have a repair done by these folks. To me, CPR stands for Courteousness, Professionalism, Respect.

I must say I am shocked to find that there is a 5 star rating for this company. They ripped my father off, broke his phone, and gave him some cheap old Galaxy (very difficult to use after owning an iPhone for years) to try and make up for breaking an 11 month old iPhone 6 Plus. He simply was having the glass screen replaced; the technician went to the back claiming to apply the glass screen protector after the job was done. After 30 minutes passed, the tech returned and the phone was destroyed. The main ear speaker wouldnt work, which deems the entire phone useless really. Ironically enough, there was another unfortunate gentleman in there at the same time getting work done and he said that his camera was now broken. I will NEVER do business with this company and I ensure you I will be telling all of my friends and colleagues about this!

OMG these guys are miracle workers!! Im a Canadian visiting Naples..I dropped my old, cracked LG cell into the ocean and it was totally dead. Pieces of the screen were actually missing so all the water went inside the phone. I dont know how they did it but they fixed it!!! Javier at the front counter is so kind/polite..explains everything...really feels your pain when youve lost all your info on your phone etc...technician Sergio, even though I havent met him is a miracle worker to have fixed my phone in its condition!!!! I will recommend CPR to EVERYONE!!

Very nice service attendants from my entrance to my pickup. The front glass has shattered totally beyond usage. (Eeeeek!) Got an estimate very reasonable. And the part to repair, although not directly on hand, was ordered for it. It came in faster than expected and my phone was repaired in the time-frame given in the estimate. I could not be happier with the quickness of the repair. Totally satisfied and phone works perfectly! Thanks so much!

I came to the store on Fathers Day with what I thought was a cracked screen on my IPhone 6 S PLus. After a short meeting with the person at the desk he informed me that it was the protective overlay I had installed on my phone when I bought it and not the screen on the IPhone that was damaged. He removed it and replaced for $28.00. I AM ONE VERY HAPPY DAD. Great Job! Mike

Weird thing happened, turned phone off for a second and when I went to turn on, nada. Took it to CPR, diagnosed, checked everything and replaced the glass face plate within 2 hours and no charge! Love you Cora and Sergio.
