I took my laptop in on a Friday after it was not able to connect to the internet and couldnt find any wireless networks. I went in and Mike was very professional, explained the process and called me twice that afternoon with updates. Phil, the owner, took over the repair on Saturday morning and replaced a part that got it working again quickly. Im always afraid to try new computer repair places for fear I will be overcharged. Not the case here. They were fast, skilled and very fair in their pricing. I appreciated their knowledge and integrity. Ill definitely go there for any future computer repair issues.

I have been working with PRR computers for roughly about a year in a half. Phil help me set up my entire POS system for my restaurant. He always has been very helpful and tasks are always completed in a timely manner. I especially appreciate that, since in the restaurant business, there could always be little problems here and there. Phil is my #1 computer tech is this area! Call him the next time you have computer problems, you wont be disappointed!

We have used PRR Computers on numerous occasions. We also refer them to our customer base any time we can. Phil is very knowledgeable on computer repairs and protection. He has the best pricing in the area. His shop staff are very friendly as well. We always used to worry about computer failure, now we know we are in good hands such an event occur!

I recently needed help with installing a new computer backup system. Left Phil Rice a voicemail plus sent an email asking if he could help. Never heard back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Or is he out of business?
