Quick and fast shipping service. Tricky return policy and difficult business/customer ethic. Did not honor their stated return policy on their eBay listings. Made a simple exchange of a defective item a nightmare. They agreed to exchange a broken speaker. After sending the item back and agreeing to arrange a replacement, they (without notice) canceled my exchange and a did a refund into my paypal account (costing me a percentage loss of my refund due to paypal fees), and did not deposit the additional charges that it cost to send back the defective item they sold me (as stated in their return policy that they would). When brought to their attention about the freight charges not being refunded, their reasoning was that I did not use a preprinted label that was LATER mentioned after the item was already shipped off. No where in their return policy or return instructions sent to me was a mentioning of a pre-printed lable; it wasnt until after I requested my entire refund that this was brought up and made its way into email exchanges. News to me. After several email exchanges of dismissals and refusal to honor their exchange and return policy, I had to contact eBay, which is when they finally decided to be morally compliant to my situation.

Had them do a repair of my laptop after it got infected by a virus. They did an excellent job at the price and in the time stated. Plus they dont treat you like you dont know anything as happens with big box retailers. I would highly recommend this company. to everyone in the area

These guys are good to go, restored my toughbook to good working order and were able to get into off a broken laptops hard drive which had pics of a family friend who died in Afghanistan. I would recommend them to friends and family.

They dont take their own hours seriously. I came here at Saturday at 11 AM and they were still closed. Waited 20 minutes. If you are a business and advertise your hours you should respect them.
