There are a bunch of reviews all over the web about how "great" their service is, but i beg to differ based on my experience with their phone manager/secretary. About four weeks ago I called about driving down to get my laptop fixed, since I only live 2 hours away. I was told I would get a call back when she found out when the tech would be in that could fix my computer. I waited a week and never got a call, called back only to find they didnt have my part in stock. I asked them to please order it and I would pay the express shipping for it, and was again told to wait for a call. I waited another week and still got no answer, so I called back. The secretary told me she would check with the manager if they got my part, and would call me back the next day. I waited 3 more days, called again, and was told she still didnt know and she still had to ask the manager about the part. I waited another week, assuming that something would be done since I so eagerly expressed the willingness to do business with them. When I called back FOR THE FOURTH TIME the secretary STILL HAD NO IDEA about my part situation, so I asked her if I should go somewhere else and she said yes....WOW! I sent my computer off to another company that did the repair for cheaper and got it back to me within a week. I should have done that sooner...

First off let me start off by saying this places customer service is the absolute worst! I had previously sent two computers to this company and everything came back great and in a timely manner. After several months both of these DC jacks broke again and, since they have a warranty, i assumed that theyd repair them again. That was incorrect obviously since i sent the computers to them on April 19th and didnt hear anything back for some time. When i called I spoke with someone who acted like they had no idea what was going on with my computers but said theyd had some techs quit and would get back to me. No one ever called me back and many unanswered calls later i finally got someone on the phone who said they were unfixable but couldnt explain why or provide a quote on repairing them but said they would give me a return call with more information. That never happened and after countless phone calls it took an email threatening police action unless i received them back promptly I just got them on monday september 24th! After all this time when I FINALLY got them back they look as if they have never even been touched. This was truly a MISERABLE experience and anyone who sends a computer here for repair should reconsider or prepare to be disappointed and without your computer(s) for a very long time

My laptop came back with its AC jack repaired. Unfortunately, its mouse pad is also fd up and I have to use a USB mouse now. Im not happy, but I know now not to mail my computer off to be fixed. Also, they charged $21 to send it back, when they said it would be overnight Fedex, it was 3-4 day UPS.
