After running various malware programs and industry-standard software repair programs with no results, I knew I was going to need professional help with my computer. Rather than bother my friends or relatives who have expertise, I decided to "shop local" and try this place a few minutes from home. Daniel was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I appreciated that he took me at my word that I had already performed basic troubleshooting, which allowed him to skip ahead to other problem-solving. I highly recommend Dang This Computer and will use their services again should I ever need them. The fees are very reasonable; the work is performed very quickly, and they are open from 10-8, which are great hours for a local business.

This is a great place. My computer broke one day, and after spending hours trying to figure out the problem myself, I finally resolved to take it to a repair shop. Im glad I found this place. Daniel took time right when I walked in to look at my computer and try to do a quick diagnosis, explaining what he thought the problem was, and worked to get me the best prices on the parts I needed. The issue turned out to be many failed pieces of hardware, and he rebuilt my computer for the best price and very reasonable labor cost. I recommend this shop over a larger operation any day, for any computer problem. It was a personable and satisfying experience.

Would definitely recommend getting your computer repaired with Daniel. He is very qualified. He deals with his customers in an honest and professional way. From personal experience, he has repaired multiple computers for my family with more than reasonable prices. I came in one day to get my screen fixed and was later informed that there was nothing wrong with the screen but with an unattached wire in the computer. He fixed it and charged me nothing! I highly suggest giving Daniel a visit when in need of a repair.

This is best kind of place to take your PC for diagnoses. I had an error where the computer could not boot past BIOS; went to Micro Center and the bastards charged me 50$ just to look at only to say "systems dead for 200 well do a fresh install". Took my business here for a second opinion within 15 min they had it up and running. Turns out I screwed up the BIOS settings but the owner fixed that easily, he didnt even charge me. Learned my lesson, always take your PC small reputable shops like this one.

I went to Daniel at Dang this Computer with an elderly laptop and a whole list of issues. He checked it out and laid out my options. He searched out the best replacement at the best price and moved everything from the old laptop to my new computer and set up the desktop to my personal preferences. I am thrilled with my new machine and with the service that I received at Dang This Computer!

Daniel was so friendly and helpful. I told him the problem with my laptop and in less than 30 seconds he fixed it! I was quoted a $200 price to fix what he did for free. I will now take all of my computer issues to him. I also had him put malware and antivirus on my laptop for an extremely reasonable price. I highly recommend him for fast, affordable and most importantly HONEST work.

Talked to me like I was an idiot. Funny thing is. The $50 I spent for him to fix my phone was in vein.As I left he stated Im gonna steal all your information. Weather joking or serious wasnt funny. He fixed the one issue but created 2 others. I ended up buying another phone.incompetent.

My Dell laptop began to give me blue screens. I was going to take it to a big box place but decided to try DTC. Dan replaced my hard drive and installed Windows 7 and the computer runs like new! It probably cost less than half of what the big box store would have charged.
