i took a chance on kingpin computers last year when i had a virus. wow what a smart move!! he fixed my computer over the internet, by taking control of it and fixing everything while i sat right there and watched in the comfort of my own home!! i didnt hafta take my computer to his shop and i didnt hafta wait a week to get it back. it was done in just a short time all thru the internet!! since then i have had kingpin computers fix my laptop and desktop 2 more times, removeing another virus from my desk top and fixing some stuff i know nothing at all about on my laptop!! chad is a very exspierenced technician and knows his stuff real well. i have also bought several things from him such as memory and a external hard drive. his prices are hard to beat!!! i am beyond satified with chads company and recomend it to anyone, no matter how far away you are from his company. i live 175 miles from kingpin computers and i will never use any other company but kinpin computers for my computer needs. 2 thumbs up!!! :)

I used Chad a couple of years ago to rid a laptop of a virus. I was very satisfied with his work, his expertise, turnaround time and the cost. I recently purchased a new computer and I needed to transfer contacts, files, emails, etc. I was going from XP to Windows 10; a big jump. I also wanted to add some bells and whistles. I gave Chad a list of what I wanted and he took care of all of it in very short order and did it the right way the first time. He spent time with me going over everything and answering all my questions. His fee was extremely reasonable. I would recommend Kingpin Computers without any reservations. Chad does great work.

I had an excellent experience with Chad. I had a gaming laptop that crashed and nothing would work for me even to reload windows 10. I contacted him and he had me drop it off the same day. The next day he called and had it running perfect again. When speaking with him he was very friendly and knew his stuff for pcs. He let me know up front how much it would cost. Overall I will go back to him anytime I have a pc issue. Highly recommend him over a big company. He runs the business right out of his home. Ive employed Kingpins services for both business and personal computer "issues" at least 1/2 dozen times over the past 4 years. In my case, Chad has run diagnostics, "exorcised" my hard drive, added memory and speed, repaired mother boards, upgraded software and drivers, provided home installations, and designed and sold me a computer based on his analysis of my usage and needs. From home based, to corporate...I doubt if there is anyone better in NE Ohio. I truly believe that if Chad cant fix it or provide the solutions you are looking for...it doesnt exist! A BIG THANKS!

Chad provided same day service. 1 hour after I called him he returned my call and did a fantastic job on my HP desktop PC. I had a complex issue with my conversion from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and remotely he fixed the problem to total satisfaction. I truly appreciated the great & prompt attention. KingPin computers is a great place to get your computer or laptop serviced. The owner is very knowledgeable about finding the issues and resolving all problems. My laptop has not been serviced in years and had a ton of problems. All of them have been cleared and my laptop has never run so smooth and so fast. All my questions were answered thoroughly and even more information was given for me to make better decisions. For any of your PC problems bring it to KingPin and hell take care of you. The best computer service place in town.

Ive called Chad @ KingPin Computers on a number of occasions - in a panic because of either a computer freeze, a virus or a crash. Since Im from out of state, Chad was able to remote into my computer. Each and every time I call the service has been outstanding! Chad is professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He not only fixed the immediate problem quickly, but found other issues that he was able to resolve. LOVE this company!!

When I had a tricky computer virus, Chad from KingPin computers was able to fix it remotely for a lot less than anywhere else. I had contacted a few computer repair places in Cleveland, and KingPin had the best prices. Chad was able to fix my computer and install new antivirus software, and my computer has been running smooth ever since. I’m so glad I didn’t pay more for expensive services - KingPin is highly recommended!

My daughter was having so much trouble with her laptop that she thought she would have to trash it and get a new one. But we took a chance on KingPin, and so glad we did! Chad somehow figured out what the problem was and managed to resurrect the old laptop, with quick turnaround and low pricing! Well definitely go there again with any computer issues.

I am beyond thrilled with the quick and efficient work of KingPin Computers! I dropped my computer off on Wednesday and was able to pick it up Friday. The problem was fixed and for the cost Geek Squad would have charged me to "look" at my computer! I would definitely recommend KingPin.

I had my computer slow at the start up. I took it to KingPin and was charged $100 by this company just to reinstall the windows and the problem still was not solved. I had to take it to another company to get this problem fixed. Do not recommend.

I have had several techs for computer service but Chad has been the most knowledgable, pleasant and also reasonable tech. in my opinion. He teturns phone calls immediatelu and service in time.
