I called and scheduled a pick up time for my wedding dress to be dry cleaned and preserved. I was scheduled for 8-11am window today 11/26/2014. My mother in law called me at 12:43pm to tell me they never came. So I called and spoke to a woman, and then a man got on the phone Ray I believe, to tell me that the driver was there at 12:12pm (first of all, out of my window time) knocking on the door and ringing the doorbell. I told him there was no way his driver was there, because there are and still are 3 people at that house along with 2 dogs. Let me say that again, 2 dogs, you would think if a door bell or a knock happened the dogs would go crazy right?!?! Ray then left on my voice mail that his drivers are only paid on commission only and they wouldn’t just miss a house because they want to get paid? First off I don’t understand why Ray told me this, I don’t care how his drivers are paid, I am worried about the $170 I was quoted about my wedding dress, and for the dress to come out perfect. And then Ray said “I’m sorry that this didn’t work out for you.” What didn’t work for me? Excuse me? No Ray, I am sorry, you had your driver LIE to you saying he was there, and I’m sorry that you just lost my business plus other people I know business. CUSTOMER SERVICES HERE SUCKS. Just a little customer service training, offer to send the driver back duh not just push me to the door.

4 Pillows 1 sheet 1 compforter $123.21 Really, you would think you would be told upfront. I know should have asked, but really $123.21 I dont think so. I paid less for it all at Target.

My wool sweaters and coats were well-cleaned and the prices were very reasonable. The dropoff and pick up in-store at the Clifton Market in Clifton, Cincinnati is an added bonus.
