Turned in 3 shirts for a wedding we had to attend out of town. Got back a wrong shirt. The shirt that was lost was brand new!!! Called them, they made no apologies. This was on a Friday. I was told it would be handled in Monday. Its now Thursday. Never got a call. I finally called them. They said they were waiting on their other customer to return the shirt. I told them it was unacceptable that they never called me and I had to wait on their customer. The manager replied with a comment "and I guess you never make mistakes". My reply was that I dont avoid mistakes especially where customer service is involved. I requested the money for the shirt and the cost of the cleaning fee. The manager told me I would get my shirt back when the customer returns it. UNBELIEVABLE!! Then she calls me back asking for the description again (gave that to them on Friday). IF YOU VALUE YOUR ITEMS...DONT USE THESE CLEANERS. Also, the new pants that were also sent it had so much lint on them, I had to dust them off before wearing them.

I use this cleaner about 4-5 times per month or more, so I am a frequent customer. The service at this cleaners is way above average and this is a cleaner I would recommend (Ive used many others). My items are ready when stated. However, no one is perfect. Not all stains are removed and I have had to return items but when I do, they really try to get the spots out and they usually do. They are friendly and convenient and the service is fast. They have never done anything upsetting to me and I think everyone should give them a try.

After many attempts to get my shirts back without wrinkles I am giving up. I have asked multiple times to not have clips attached to the sleeves, no luck. Last time I not only had clips but also something spotted half of my shirts, similar to burned starch spots. Even after all of the problems over the past two years they still made me pay the full amount. Not very good customer service and not good service in general.

To be fair, we rarely use dry cleaners but when we do we use this business and have never had any issues. Their prices are cheap and havent changed in 3 years. I have also used them for zipper repair and for a hole in the thigh of my jeans and they did good work!

I took my sons JROTC uniform there and they forgot to give back his blue collared shirt. My son is freaking out because that counts as a grade and he is getting a bad grade bc they forgot his shirt. I have to go back up there and hopefully they can find it.

Really good. I bring my JROTC uniform there and i havent had any problems with them at all. Its a quick in and out. I do recommend them.
