AVOID this place at all cost. I took 5 work suits on a sat, I asked if I could have at least ONE suit on monday ( I wasnt asking for all 5). The attendant told me that she could get the suits on monday by 5... I was at the store around 6:30 to only find that not ONE of my suits was at the Store. I then proced to ask if she would honor the coupon I had ( She didnt honor it on sat because I had it on my phone and it needs to be printed) and she told me that she cant honor the coupon... BUT SHE DIDNT HONOR HER WORD TO HAVE MY WORK SUIT EITHER. Than to top it all off, I took my suits (as I ussually do) on my Suit Hanger...only to find that my hangers were recycle! REALLY CONCORD!!!! REALLY!!! They have no customer Service... STAY AWAY! I work at a bank and I asked around if people have issues with them and I did not hear not ONE good comment.... It my fault to taken my suits from the cleaner in Lexigton...that charges me $2 less then them...I just figure I would support my little town but IT not worth the headache!!!!!!!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!!

They press shirts without even washing them, rip buttons off, press them without even taking car to spread them out well so that you get your shirts back with wrinkles pressed into them, and even on shirts that specifically say "warm iron" they press them as hot as possible so that when you receive your shirt back with wrinkles in it, they wont be easy to get out. They also press the shirt so that the collar is flat, the cuffs are flat, and the front pocket is practically glued to your shirt. If you want to get wrinkled shirts back that are as stiff as posterboard, be sure to go to the Concord Custom Cleaners in Versailles.

Excellent service. Took clothes (2 dresses, 1 shirt, 2 jackets) in yesterday to have ready for a visitation and funeral, that is tomorrow and Friday....and I got them back in 24 hours as promised!!! Thank You Concord.
