We dropped off a leather jacket in October 2009 and was told in order to clean it theyd have to send it off for repair of a tear inside the coat. We said sure no problem. We were told it could take six to eight weeks so we agreed. six weeks later when we inquired about it, it hadnt even left the store yet. so we waited and waited, and waited and waited even more. Finally driving by it one day we called them. They transfered our call to a plant that just transfered us back to the store. They demanded we bring in our yellow reciept which we kept in the glove box, thank goodness. We stopped by the next day and the gal behind the counter found the coat. She said it was only 3.50 for the repair but that they couldnt clean it that only one dry cleaners in the highlands could clean leather and that they charge about 50 bucks. I couldnt believe that after all that time they dont even clean leather and no one even told us 7 months ago. She felt bad about the wait and didnt charge us the 3.50. No one ever even called us like the girl told us they would back in October. The gal behind the counter told us today that "we just dont ever call our customers". What????!!!!!!!!

Do I have to give a start rating on these reviews? For the past 2 years I have had shirts cleaned at Pacific Air Cleaners but they recently closed. I went to this place because it was close to my work, they did a terrible job cleaning. I expressed my displeasure and they said they would have it redone. After going there again the shirts were not any better. I asked for a refund since I would have to pay someone else to do it and they said the owner is the only one authorized. What a joke, you need owner authorization for a $4.50 refund. My major complaint was they did not get the collars clean and that Pacific got them clean everytime. They told me they use better collar solution, I told them they use SHOUT like what you buy at the store. They said that it is better then their stuff. Now if I can buy better solution in the store dont you think you have a bigger problem. I will not be taking anything back to them!

Stopped in the store to ask a simple question and was rudely informed that she couldnt help me. The short haired brunette needs a few lessons in proper customer service. There is a polite way to say no and a rude way! Wont be taking any of my business here!
