Nu-Yale cleaners staff are very unprofessional. I had only used them for only 2 weeks when they returned a shirt to me with a blood stain. The staff, including the manager, was very unfriendly and confrontational. They accused me of ruining the shirt and refused to consider the possibility that the stain originated from their business (despite the fact that the lady that accepted my clothes had been recently fired). I escalated the issue to the regional manager, who left me a voicemail that, in essence, said I was lying. I am less concerned about the cost or hassle of the shirt and more offended by how I was treated by this establishment! Their "the customer is at fault" attitude is very frustrating. For the premium you pay at Nu-Yale, I would expect a higher caliber of service.

Ive been a devoted customer to Nuyale Dry Cleaners for a while now, however theyve been recently doing a poor job with the cleaning of my jeans. I had a pair of black jeans that were faded after being cleaned. I called the store only to be asked if I had another customer clothes that they lost. I purchased a brand new pair of black Levi jeans and they ruined those also. I spoke to the manager and she stated it was the dye in the jeans. Ive had black jeans cleaned before and never did they fade. For the price they charge my jeans shouldve been replaced. I wont be returning to Nuyale cleaners

Ive been leaving bags full of shirts to be cleaned every couple of weeks for the last six months. Every time Ive gone to pick them up some of the shirts have had to be sent back because of issues with the pressing or broken buttons. Theyve pressed wrinkles into my clothes at least 20 times in the last 6 months and broken at least 5 buttons on dress shirts. The staff is super friendly and easy to deal with but clearly something isnt working in the factory. Its amazing how they force you to pay for your clothes before showing them to you. Dont waste your money with these people.

I recently started using Nu-Yale Cleaners on Grinstead Drive after becoming displeased with my long-standing dry cleaner. My previous dry cleaners made me dissatisfied because the clothes came back smelling like chemicals. I was very happy with my decision upon my first visit to Nu-Yale. The store manager and employees are genuinely nice. And my clothes dont have any chemical smells, in fact, they are fresh smelling and natural feeling. I will be a long-term NuYale customer!

Is there a Dry Cleaner in the city of Louisville worse than Nu Yale Cleaners? In only 90 days they have destroyed 2 nice shirts. One they paid for and the other they tried to blame it on the shirt. They continue to not follow instruction on my pants and many times my shirts come back with more wrinkles than when they were sent to them. This place is pathetic. I should be able to charge them for all the trips I have to make to get them to do my clothes over.

These guys do a nice job with cleaning clothes, fixing buttons and recycling hangers. Unfortunately they are fully twice as expensive as other nearby cleaner. Their coupon systems should help but it doesn’t work – you have to bring in the coupon when submitting the order and then they “forget” to deduct those costs from your bill. Looking forward to the Highlands cleaners on Bardstown and Edgeland being completed.

Everything went very well. I did receive the e-mail notification letting me know my order was ready and picked it up the following day. The order was easy to find, was rung up and paid, and I was on my way out the door in less that 5 minutes. Very courteous service and will definitely use Nu-Yale again. It was so convenient to drop off the pair of shoes that needed a new heel and pick them up less than a week later.

I dont do a ton of dry cleaning, so when I needed to get my husbands suit cleaned and pressed, I just picked a place close to my house. WOW - the staff at Nu-Yale was so friendly, the turnaround time was so fast, and I was totally comfortable with the price for the cleaning and pressing of three items (suit pants, suit jacket, and dress shirt for $19). I will return to Nu-Yale for future cleaning/pressing needs.

Excellent! We were going out of town on our regular delivery day and our courier, Lawrence, made a special effort to get us our dry cleaning delivered a day early. He discovered a piece was missing in the original delivery, went back and got it, and made a second trip so we would have it all before we left town. He is truly committed to customer service and his efforts were greatly appreciated!

I live in Sellersburg, IN but drive to the Jeffersonvill, IN location (10th St. & Holman Ln.) quite simply because of the exceptional customer service I receive. Each one of the employees make your feel valued and like a customer....their personalities, passion, and enthusiasm are contagious. You all have an amazing team there!

The spot from my sweater was removed completely; The colors remained bright. The garment was nicely folded and hung on a hanger. The cleaning was done earlier than the minimum time promised. The staff was friendly and courteous when I picked up the clothing. I couldnt have asked for better service.

I really like the fact that I get an email when my items are delivered, so I know they are there. Also like the fact that I can contact my route manager so that I can let them know if Im not going to have anything to pick up. Clothes are well done and always come out very nice.

The staff was helpful and they got cigar smoke out of my suit. I apologize for not remembering her name but she clerk saved me from making an expensive choice bringing in a leather garment. She explained the process and helped get me started. I love the email updates.

Great service from the staff who took care to note a concern I had on one piece that when I picked it up had been addressed and not overlooked. Clean and concern addressed. The staff are also very friendly and that makes it nice to deal with them.

Nu-Yales customer service at the Cherokee Triangle location is always top notch. The staff is very friendly and efficient so you are in and out quickly. Nu-Yale sends reminder emails when your garments are ready, which is incredibly helpful.
