First of all I never right reviews. I went in last Tuesday to drop off my queen size blanket to get it cleaned because it cant fit in my washer. The lady was very rude she didnt even say Hi or how may i help u. I asked if they cleaned blankets and she said yes so i went back to my car and got it. After that she asked me 3 times if it was a dog blanket and i said no 3 times,(i had my dog in the car with me and she is a husky/wolf mix. And she is very hairy) I payed for it ahead a time which is fine and then i asked if it will be done tonight and she said oh no. I said OK, when will it be done? Thursday or Friday. I said OK thanks see u then and she just walked away from me with my blanket. So i walked out and was thinking man how rude i almost walked back in to get my blanket back from them but i decided not to because sometimes people have bad days and i wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. So I went in to get it and she didnt even say hi again to me, i handed her my paper and she went back and got it and handed it to me then said 30.00 dollars. I already payed for it here is my recipient. Oh thats right i remember u and she walked away from me. I have a business and thats not how u run a business. I understand people have good and bad days but come on. Thats the last time i will go there.

First time using Noblesville Cleaners and I wasnt very happy. The lady was very nice and the service was fast for me (only spent a total of 5 minutes in the store to drop off and pick up) They had our items done in 48 hours which seems good however... they pretty much ruined our comforter. When we got home and inspected it, there were spots in one area that looked like bleach spots/fabric softener gone wrong. There were also a few spots that looked pinched and caused the fabric to have bald spots and bunched up fabric right next to it. Overall 95% of the comforter is fine but the reason you go to a cleaner with items that are dry clean only is so that you dont ruin them and thats exactly what happened. The comforter also had a weird smell to it which we had to spray febreeze on it to absorb the odor. My wife and I will get over the comforter being ruined because weve had it for over a year already but its still very frustrating. I will not be returning out of fear that something I value (being the husband, I dont really care about the comforter) will get destroyed. On top of all that, the comforter really didnt look that much cleaner than when we dropped it off...

I will never use Noble Cleaners again. They lost a shirt of mine and when I asked them they said I was wrong and they are too organized to loss a shirt. When I called again to talk with Paula, the manager, she said she found a shirt that wasnt brought in with my order that could be the missing shirt., but she couldnt tell me when the shirt came in. HMMMM... Not once did she apologize. If you use them always keep your ticket!!!!

The worst and the most unprofessional service ever. I wanted to rate them a big Zero but thats not an option sadly. Please visit this place If you want to waste your money .And get the response (for leaving a dirt stain post wash with a shrug of shoulders) -"you can try washing it with bleach at home " Really? I paid you $12 for ONE coat for what?! Very disappointing.

The absolute WORST dry cleaner in Noblesville! STAY AWAY! Clothes were delivered a day late AND I only received part of my order. When talking with the manager, she stated she had already gone home so if I wanted the items THEY screwed up, Id have to drive to the plant to get them unless I wanted to wait ANOTHER WEEK for the next delivery day!!! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This should be rated zero stars. I just left with only one comforter out of two that I had turned into them then they said they would not be able to replace or give me full value of the down alternative comforter that I am now missing. I was told to look for it at home. Insinuating that I am the one mistaken. Very poor customer service!

the employees are great. I went in with a shirt that I had spilled wine on and asked if she could get it out and she said ye, so she took it back and did something and came back and the stain was gone and she didnt even charge me one cent. I was in the store for about 5-10 minutes. I would definitely go back.

asked them when dropping off if they could have dry cleaning ready next day. they said yes. they werent ready and wouldnt be ready until Monday. Only my shirts were ready. I should have checked them before leaving. they had terrible rippled creases in the shoulder from shoddy press work. I wont go back.

Terrible customer service and unfriendly employees. Went to pick up my dry cleaning and was told they had none under my name. They had no record of the clothes in their system. They eventually found my clothing but I was not impressed that they temporarily "lost" all of my items. Never going back.

Horrible organization! They cant find their customers article of clothing. Ive been there 4 times and each time they were assisting a customer that had been there for several minutes waiting on them to locate where they put their dry cleaning. Terrible customer service!

Paula and the staff at Noble Cleaners are great! They attend to customers needs immediately, and are always friendly. I took a white pants in with a red stain today, and Paul got it out while I waited. Noble Cleaners is easily the best dry cleaners!

I have had issues the last two times I used this business. They put burn marks on a shirt and most recently I had two dress shirts with numerous wrinkles in a few different spots.
