Dry cleaning quality was mediocre at best, but they offered a military discount so it was worth the reduced quality for the reduced price. The customer service is RIDICULOUS. Had a Groupon that I paid $15 for... the Groupon was for $35 in services, however it was expired. States on the Groupon that the initial $15 NEVER EXPIRES. I went in the store to use my $15, and they would no longer give me my military discount because somehow I was using "two discounts". How is the expired Groupon a discount???? Regardless, ended up talking to both the manager and the lady behind the counter, they both claimed that I was receiving two discounts by trying to redeem my $15 Groupon that I had paid $15 for... makes no sense. I told the manager that he would lose my business if he did not respect the $15 voucher, he did not care. Ended up calling Groupon and getting my $15 refunded, will never go back.

Last year I took in a nice sport coat to have a broken button replaced. It came back with a somewhat similar, but not matching, button. I was told sorry. No offer to fix, replace, refund. I gave them more chances on other simple items to clean. Last week I gave them shirt with food stain on cuff. I put it on yesterday as I walked out the door. I noticed the sleeve stain was just the same as when I dropped it off. I went in today and was told I should have checked it before I wore it. They could have sent it back to be recleaned but since I put it on, Ill have to pay for recleaning. Seems to me their quality control is very substandard. Ill look for another cleaners. Seems like Buckeye is the place to go so Ill check it out.

Was charged nearly twice as much for a simple ladies button front blouse as a mans shirt, that was after being told the lesser price at time of drop off. Told the ironing for ladies blouses/shirts had to be done by hand and took longer. Never again...
