I took my 2014 pathfinder for its very first oil change at midas on delhi pike and paid for the top of the line oil change. not only did they not top off my power steering fluid, they drained it completely and claimed it had a leak. I started hearing a noise so i filled it and sure enough there is not a leak.. my car has 2 warranties on it and had a 32 point inspection before it left the lot 3500 miles before i took it to midas. I spoke with my brother and the same thing happened with him in the same month.. BEWARE. the manager told me it was human error with no offer to make it right. I really think this is a scam to mess up your car to bring it back as that is a coincidence that 2 of the same human errors happen in the same month. My entire family uses and has used this shop for a very long time and will no longer after this. It was a bad referral and I hope that everyone takes this as a fair honest warning.Never again. The manager needs a lesson in customer service.

This Midas has some of the best guys working there. I am a car guy so I do a lot of my own work but for stuff like tires, exhaust etc I go here. Don and Jim are fantastic and have always taken great care of me and my cars. They have never let me down. The rest of the staff has always been very courteous, friendly, and professional as well. I would highly recommend this shop to anyo I have been coming here for many years and I can honestly say Don and Jim are why I come back. If I owned an automotive shop I would want all the Dons and Jims I could get. ne and everyone for oil changes or anything else. You really could not ask for a better group of guys! I really cant say enough about this shop. I couldnt imagine anyone wanting to take their cars anywhere else. This shop has a lot of pride in their work and they definitely go the extra mile for their customers.

My son took his car to Midas for a $20 oil change because we had a coupon, normally we change it ourselves. After the supposed oil change we noticed black smoke so I checked everything out. Well they never changed the oil even though they said they did. They just added more oil. The oil was double the amount of what was in there when we checked the stick after they were suppose to change the oil. Also the oil filter they were suppose to change was the exact same one that I put on myself 3 months prior. I had to change the oil myself the same day and all the oil was sooty black so i know they didnt change it. Dont go to this place, they going to blow your engine because they are scamming lazy workers.

Ive been a life time Car-x customer but one day, I needed to take my wheel off and Car-x over torqued it. I stopped into the Cincinnati Ohio Midas in Delhi Township, and they took my tire off for free and put my doughnut on. To thank them for their kindness, I came in today to service my car. I walk in and Im greeted by name! I know its because I called ahead with the make and model of my car, but that is an amazing greeting! Then they were so friendly to the customer ahead of me, and just as friendly to me! I applied for a Midas credit card and this location has successfully stolen me and here soon, my large family, from Car-x. This location is wonderful and much closer!

Love these guys. They go out of their way to go above and beyond. Came in the other night with an emergency. Had a blow out on my way home and called Don. He told me to bring it right up and theyll get it taken care of. They were getting ready to close soon, but they had it changed in no time. I couldnt thank you enough. I had to be in Columbus first thing in the morning for an important meeting and the saw to it that I would make it safely. And to top it all off, I realized on the way home that they even topped off my washer fluid and check the air in the other tires too. Thank you, Thank you! You guys rock!

Took my car to midas for an oil change and when it came back the power steering fluid was empty. They are supposed to fill this and when I called back in they told me that it may have a leak. I filled it and it is running fine but if I had not caught it, Im sure there would of been damage. I will never take my car back here as my sister had the same thing happen to her two weeks ago about a week after my incident. I will be reporting this everywhere I can. This is a scam for them to make people bring their cars back to Midas for work they are creating.

I cannot believe how efficient, professional, and friendly this location is! My wife has been bringing her car here for a few years now and she finally got me to switch from my local mechanic last year and Ive been pleased every time. Don and Jim are first class in customer service and the prices and work have been top notch each time. I definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs their car serviced, even if its just a tune up or oil change.

Bring my vehicles here to Don and Jim all the time. I get the best service and great customer service every time. My sons vehicle recently broke down when I was out of town. He was NE of Cincinnati and a repair shop was a mile down the road. Without hesitation, I declined to take it to the competitor, but towed it to Delhi Midas. I was not disappointed!!!

Great place to go if your looking to get ripped off by these mechanics and when you call after you have been ripped off they give great run around and lip service. Dont trust them and will NEVER use them again. They took me for 300 dollars!!! Jim is a scam artist!!!! It would not let me give it two thumbs down :(

Our go-to car maintenance and repair shop since we have two older (1994, 2002) vehicles. The guys are nice and do a great job. It is hard to get re-established when you move to a new place. So I will take the time to let people know when local (although a national chain) business is doing a great job.
