Pfefferle Tire offered to perform a 105 point inspection on my vehicle while it was there getting 2 new tires, after telling them my daughter was going to drive it on a road trip and that I wanted to make sure it was road worthy. The technician that worked on the car spoke to me twice about issues with the car and both times I said "fix it" with no hesitation and did not decline any of the repairs they suggested. One week after having the car worked on there, the radiator hose busted and the car overheated. I called Pfefferle and the response I got was "I told you it needed replaced" over and over again. I tried to explain to him that he forgot to tell me that because if he had, I wouldve told him to fix it. He argued with me until I asked to speak to the owner. The owner got on the phone, INTERRUPTED ME several times and argued the point as to whether or not I was made aware of an issue with the radiator hose. I tried to tell them both that I was not calling to try to get free services, I just wanted to see why it wasnt repaired when they had it. They were both very rude and told me to bring it back and they would look at it. Upon looking at the receipt (which is given after you pay when the car is done) I saw the results of the inspection. They recommended a brake flush, oil change, new serpentine belt, new radiator hoses, and a host of other expensive services. Since an oil change was performed by another mechanic the day before Pfefferle saw the car I was perplexed. I called the other mechanic and took the car back to him. He said the oil level was great, brake fluid did NOT need flushed, all fluids were good, serpentine belts were GOOD and they simply replaced the remaining radiator hose and we are good to go. It is very frustrating to deal with a company that doesnt listen to their customer and seems to have made their recommendations based on car mileage without even really checking to see if there is really a need. I was more put off by the way I was treated than the fact that the repair was overlooked the first time. If Pfefferle Tire representatives would have just said "bring it on back in and lets take a look" instead of "i am 100% sure I told you they needed to be replaced and you chose not to do that" over and over I would probably continue to do business with them.

I have a Chevy Impala 2008. Four years ago the vehicle would not come out of park because of a default in the wiring in the gear shifter. I had it under a warranty and was told by the dealership that these folks were the people I had to take it to to get worked on. After they looked at the vehicle the dealership informed me that because it was a wiring issue it was not covered. Although I had only had the car for four months at that point I decided to go ahead and pay the full price to have it fixed. Four days ago the same problem occurred, car wouldnt come out of park. At this point I decided to look into the problem my self. What I found out was that this is a common issue with Chevys between 2000 and 2010. A very SIMPLE fix, the gauge of the factory wires were too weak, so a replacement harness with thicker wires is needed. Simply cut the four wires, expose the copper for each line and splice them into the new harness. Plug it in and its good to go. A fix that took me all of 30 mins. Unfortunately when I pulled the middle console out I saw that they had not replaced the wiring harness, only spliced a little more wire into one line and didnt even replace the lock for the wiring harness when they were finished....these guys are crooks, charged me 200.00 for this fix that took them no time to do and cost them practically nothing in parts, unless you want to count the 15 cents for the six inches of wire they used....even though they put on the invoice that they had replaced the wiring harness. I would suggest to anyone that would take there car there to use Google when they tell you what they are doing, and demand they provide part numbers and receipts for the items they replace. Makes me sick.

So this is my story. Went in for an inspection of my car they told me my rear shock is leaking needs to be replaced so i said okay so bought new shocks went to replace them and first one super insane to get out because my charger has special $550 shocks that have a self leveling shocks so once it extended like it does when you try to replace it need massive pressure to retract them so finally got it out was still good so thought ahh must of been the other one thats bad went over there but it was perfectly fine but other one already been changed so had to replace my shocks because they cant be pushed back in without massive weight/pressure and as soon as the pressure is off it comes back super fast. So took off $1100 shocks because the shop told me they were going bad when they really wasnt. Another story got a alignment done here. Less than a month later it was already out because off of my speed bumps where i live. took it there to get it done again under warranty and they told me "We cant do it because its been in an accident" Like thats news to me because its never been in one. The body is perfect literally doesnt have one dent but they wouldnt honor it. So those two things why I wont go to this shop Midas, Firestone, tire plus, all way better. Heck id go to Walmart before this shop again simple.

I live on the Eastside of Cincinnati, car broke down in Fairfield. The service was amazing, quick turnaround and friendly people. I liked playing with their weiner dog in the waiting room. If I lived in Fairfield I would 100% go back. The electrician had my problem figured out and repaired quickly. I had googled my problem and was worried it would be 500-2000 dollars but it only turned out to be just over 200 and the car is working great.

I have always went here since I got divorced, I can always count on them. Took my car in for a tire balance, which I did not know there wasnt a charge for this if you purchased your tires from them which I did. I just thought it was free rotation as long as you owned the car. So I was very happy to hear I didnt have to pay! Score ! Thanks Steve & Staff!

I have had our vehciles serviced at thier original location for years... however if you are a woman my opinion is they will treat you differently and talk down to you...after seeing them treat others this way and overhearing a end of a conversations with them with my wife... I have taken our business to a different dealer.

Chris, Jake and all the other employees are friendly and efficient. Even though you only come in for oil changes and like me, a serpentine belt, they all treat like you are a favorite customer. Work is always very satisfying and never do they try to push more expensive items to be done. Thank you ALL!
