My sister and I went to Firestone today to get her oil changed and tires rotated. First of all, it took two hours, even though there were only three cars in front of us to get serviced. Once we did pick up the car, within a quarter of a mile, my sisters tire near about fell off (I was following behind her). We pulled over to find out that the probably minimum-waged guys didnt tighten the lug nuts on her car!! Her husband came to check on us and he could near about pull the tire off with his own two hands it was so loose! The guys at Firestone are the most unprofessional people! We pay them to give us good SERVICE, not to DIE!!! Someone came to tighten them and we later found out it was the original "technician" who worked on her car. Ive only taken my car here once and it will be the last time anyone in my family will go here. If you want crappy service or want your loved ones to die, send them here.

Very disappointed in this store, I recently bought 4 Potenza S-04s and had them mounted and balanced along with 1000$ in other repairs. I had requested 205/50/16 as that is what was on the car prior. When I arrived for my appointment to install them everything went smooth. As I left My rear tires were rubbing bad. I got home and looked at the new tires and they are 205 55 16 instead of 205 50 16. The store will not change them out and do not seem to care. The two rear tires now have major gashes in them and the car is almost undriveable due to rubbing. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER for spending 1500$

Not happy paid for an oil change ,tire balance and rotation.. set there and watched the guy just pull my tires off, set them on ground and switch them from front to back and did not rotate a single one.. I drove car home because I had been there 2 hours and the place was packed.. car was driving and pulling to one side .. called and asked why I didnt get balanced? The lady Tamika was nice enough to reschedule me back in for tomorrow to get my tires balanced.. so lets see how that goes .. Ill update tomorrow

I went to the Firestone located in Hiram, Ga. after having trouble with my car on my way to work. The manager, Johnny, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He helped me by explaining to me exactly what had gone wrong with my car. They were able to get the problem fixed that day. Looks like this Firestone is moving in a positive direction with this store and making some great changes. I will definitely be recommending this store to all of my friends and family. Thank you!

I cant speak for the other people who have come here, but my experience was a good one. I had an issue with my car and had 3 people tell me it was something different. I brought it up here and not only could they fully explain what the issue was, they fixed it. They even offered to satisfy any reoccurring issues that came from this particular issue, which they did because I had to take it back. Great service at an affordable price. Ask for Luis!

Not only you have to wait long, they are slow. They dont care what you say either about you want or not the service. They will not install parts you buy for your car only their overpriced parts. Took them out of my list. I go to Pep-boys instead of them. They are cheaper, faster and you can use coupons to get cheaper services.

Made an appointment to have tires put on at 3. We got here at 2:45 and were told it would be an hour. We came back an hour and a half later and it hadnt been touched. Its almost 5 now, the car still hasnt been touched and the staff is just all standing around doing absolutely nothing. They also quoted me a different price.

I called on a Sunday afternoon to get a wait time for an oil change. I was told they had nothing available. After driving by on the way to another shop, i noticed their bays were not full and they didnt have many cars waiting in the parking lot. Thats no way to run a business. But hey, what do I know.

They said they rotated my van tires. They did not, they lied. I know how to check the serial numbers on my tires. They were in the same spot. Manager asked mechanic if he rotated the tires. He said yes. I refuse to take my vehicles to a place where they lie.

This store sucks,the wait is long you come in at 10.00a.m in the morning for mere alignment & you close with them at 5.00pm, no one cares here, no leadership .Employees just loitering around doing nothing probably buying time to go home.

I originally was going to the Firestone in Marietta when we lived there. Very good service there. This one is almost as good. Never had any issues, faster than an dealer I have ever take my cars too, and fairly affordable.

Told me I didnt need brakes and the next day i heard a scraping noise and took it somewhere else and they showed me I had zero brake pad left that the brakes were meet to metal.
