Weve been in Douglasville for 5 years and we just started using Burnt Hickory Auto Services this year. Great customer experience and outstanding service. After using franchise type auto services for years, its a welcome relief to support local businesses with quality workmanship. The mechanics were VERY knowledgeable. Without asking, the mechanics would show me the repaired item AND the old broken parts. Informative and reassuring to say the least. As a retired military service member, its great to have trust and confidence in your auto services. Burnt Hickory Auto Services gives me peace of mind that the job will be done correctly, in a timely manner and at the best price (typically, lowest price in the area based on comparison). Once again, great customer service and outstanding work. Highly recommended !

Scott is an extremely knowledgeable MASTER mechanic with very reasonable rates, plus he has a quick turnaround! My family has been in Douglasville for a little over 5 years now and after using other local franchise shops we are more than pleased with the service we get at Burnt Hickory. Scott goes above and beyond in thoroughly explaining and fixing the problem.
