I had an oil leak and took it to Butlers for repair. The owner stated it would take basically half the day to fix the leak which was the oil pump. They kept for half the day and of course charged more to fix than the part which was the oil pump. Well, not even two weeks later it began to leak again, I took it back and he says it was now leaking from the timing belt and would cost over $400 to repair! I asked why this was not caught previously? "Well, the only thing I can say was that the oil pump was leaking more and I assumed it was just that leak" was the only lame answer I got. Well, they were not about to get another dime out of me. This was poor diagnostic service and an added burden on the customer to fail to catch all the leaks. What if this leak would have caused my car extreme damage or break down on some dark road in the middle of the night all because of an "I assumed it was just that leak?" I just was very disappointed in this place because the workers are very nice but not good enough to refer others to considering the bad diagnostic job they did with my car.

Weve been taking our cars to Kenny for at least 15 years now, after our good friends recommended his services. He is extremely honest and will do his best to find used or refurbished parts to keep your costs low. The only negative thing I can say about his shop, is that his place in Powder Springs requires a couple hours round trip from East Cobb, but the drive is still worth it because of the honest and awesome service!

The most honest mechanic I have ever taken my vehicle to. It is local and family owned. I feel comfortable leaving my car there to worked out. Ken is wonderful and so is his helper. Very affordable and will not rip you off like some or what seems most mechanics. He only charged $90 for something that another shop tried to get $400 for... I refer everyone to this shop.
