Do NOT Go Here - A few months ago, I went there to check prices for new tires. While there, I saw that they also will service your brakes. I had my pads replaced. It took them 3 1/2 HOURS to do my brakes! An hour in, I had to ask if they were almost done. I was told that it would be half an hour at most. I was in there for another hour and a half before I had to get up and ask again how far along they were. He told me they were "almost done" and walked in the back immediately like he couldnt be bothered to answer any other questions if I had any. AN HOUR LATER they were finally done. I left there, swearing I would never go back... Now, a few months later, all of a sudden they start making a grinding noise (no rubbing or squeaking beforehand like normal wear down, just from quiet to grinding overnight). I took my car back in to see what was going on with the brakes that they sold me, since theyre still in warranty. Not only did they tell me that I would have to pay them almost $250 to repair it, they told me that they couldnt find my invoice. As if I would make up a lie about having to sit in their lobby for 3.5 hours just for kicks! Is it my fault that they sold me a faulty item and then MYSTERIOUSLY cant find my invoice?? Looking at these other reviews Im starting to think - Is it because Im a woman? Will definitely never go back here. If I cant trust them to stand behind as small a transaction as brake pad replacement, how can I trust them with new tire replacement-- which is much more expensive?

I am female and went to Mr. Tire (Moses is the owner) for 2 used tires on the front of my Toyota sedan. The price was very reasonable, but the owner pointed out the price for BRAND NEW tires was only a few dollars more. The price was so good I upgraded to Bridgestone new tires and even could afford the alignment. The price was cheaper than Discount Tire where I used to always go. The shop is large and they do any type of auto repair (I think) and you bet I will go there again and again whenever I need something done to one of my cars. Moses the owner is very nice and conscientious and I enjoyed chit chatting with him while the guys took care of my car. The waiting room is big with a TV and its evident he wants his customers to be comfortable and satisfied with his services. As for the alignment lady who left the bad feedback....I assume that she finds a problem in every thing she sees and probably whines and gripes about every little nothing to everybody. So the spare got left behind....and she went and picked it up. They gave her free service on top of cheap price already and she is only ungrateful and spiteful. I dont believe what she said about the phone call. I saw courtesy and sincerity in every member of the staff at Mr. Tire. Soon Im going for a new wheel bearing. I might bring a box of doughnuts to share.

i went to mr. tire to get an alignment. i had two different size tires on my car, in order to do the alignment correctly the oddball needed to be switched, which i understood and offered to correct. the gentleman working in the shop offered to do it, when i informed him that i could not afford the extra labor, he offered to do it free of charge then replace the tires to their original locations.... the alignment was done and i was on my way... 2 days later while putting groceries in my trunk i realized my extra tire was missing. i called and spoke with the owner and instead of being kind about it, he proceeded to try and make it seem like my fault.... and that i was just lucky that the guy changed my tire out for me in the first place free of charge.... he said i should have checked to make sure MY wheel was put back where it belonged..... if thats the case, do i also need to make sure the alignment/work was done correctly? i suggest that if you are a woman/female, and you go to this business, you should take a male with you. obviously he thinks that women are a sub-species or something and shouldnt be taken seriously. after lots of yelling on both parts and threatining with the "proper authorities" my wheel will be picked up today, hopefully with no further problems.... 3 days later!

This is the worst auto repair shop I have ever dealt with. We took our car to this company on October 11 2015 to work on our transmission. The manager (Moses) told us that they could do the work and it would take one week and would be $2450.00. We agreed 6 1/2 weeks later, I picked up my car at noon by 5, I was stranded in the middle of a 5 lane highway at rush hour traffic my car WOULD NOT GO. It was scary in horrible. We took our car back they (Moses) kept it for 10 more days. Picked my car up at 5 at 5:30 once again I was stranded in the middle of the the same 5 lane highway again. We took our car the manufacturer (nissan) to have the diagnosed and they said that they could see that we had some work done on the car, but the transmission was bad. In stead of them replacing the transmission what we originally agreed upon they (Moses) paid another company $450.00 to rebuild it. Now I just want my money back to get someone else to fix my car. Not only did he say he was not going to give us our money back he was angry because he could not understand why we were upset and wanted our money back . And that we should give him another opportunity to fix our car after seven and a half weeks without a car and $2450.00 out of pocket. We had take this company to court.

this is the very worse auto repair shop ive ever been to in my life,,the car needed a water pump thats what it was took in for,,they said it was fixed until i got there to pick it up ,,the mechanic barron started saying it was still running hot ,,then he said it might be the thermostat which he was told to replace also lol who changes a water pump without changing the thermostat and then he said the cooling fans wasnt working which was working perfectly fine before they touched it ,,so barron started argueing and cussing me very unproffessional in front of people at that and his boss moses was in my face also ,long story short they quoted me 385$ then called and said we told them the rong car 04 alero which we didnt we told them 2000 alero i paid 500$ cash for an unfinished job ,,the police said it was a civil matter so they couldnt do nothing lol said i either pay or they keep my car ,,, So please if your reading this think twice before getting something done here i promise you they might fix what you ask them to but they either wont finish it and lie or make something else go wrong to get more work,,GOD in heaven knows they are not worth your money,,aweful place of business!!
