I had called and spoke with Mo on the phone about getting my transmission fluid changed and having them check on an oil leak I had noticed. He made me an appointment for the next day. I had taken my truck to non AAMCO shop few days earlier to have the oil changed and while there I asked them to checked on the oil leak. They changed the oil and told me the truck was to dirty underneath for them to find the leak and to go wash it and bring it back for them to check later. I arrived for my appointment and my truck was taken back into the shop for service. Femi the general manager put the truck up on the rack and then call me to come and look at the problem he found. He was able to quickly identify the oil leak and the repair necessary without me washing underneath the truck. I asked if it was possible if he could repair the oil leak the same day even though I only had made the appointment for the transmission fluid change. Femi told me he would try to have it all done but it was a time consuming job and might take two days. I told him to go ahead and do the job and I would get a rental car. He called enterprise rental and got me AAMCO discount rate. This all happened on a Saturday and the shop was scheduled to be closed on Sunday. Around 4 pm Femi called and told me he was unable to finish the job but he would come in on Sunday (the day the shop is closed) to complete the job. I picked the truck up Sunday and found Femi and Mo were both there working to see that their customers needs were handled. They both provided great customer service at an affordable price. I will now have all my work done at their shop.

I see that this place has at least 5 reviews I do not know if its under new manager or if the service manager is new to their facility I brought in my vehicle and I found a tie a shutter in the vehicle so he had his technician take the vehicle for a try when he returned he handed to work order in but did not even speak I waited on the service manager to come out and speak to me which I can completely understand but what I cannot understand he said to me that his technician used to scan tool to look at my transmission as he went down the row when I stood there as he got into the vehicle he had nothing in his hand and I understand they may have been a miscommunication between the tech and a serviceman but I really dont believe this is the case the service manager told me that it may be in my transmission or transmission control my I feel as though they were completely trying to take advantage I took the vehicle and was completely disgusted hell they could just lie right in front interchange transmission in the vehicle and a new filter in the shutter has been gone I feel sorry for anyone who enters these doors unaware their cars Mountain or basic understanding of cars it sounds good when they say it to you but it is a complete lie how does a service manager sleep ripping off people if you dont know whats wrong just say you dont

I went in to shop for an estimate back in early June for a transmission. Initially the guy working the desk appeared to be very busy on the phone and incoming calls. I patiently waited and honestly formed a not so good opinion of this guy. As the saying goes dont judge a book by its cover! As I later learned this is the owner of the shop Moe. Once he spoke with me he assured me they would check to make sure I needed a transmission. As it turned out I did. When I first got my vehicle it was not fixed, needless to say it took countless trips more than 10, maybe less than 20!!!! 3 transmissions, 3 rental cars 2 of which was paid by Ammoco. I can not take anything less than saying outstanding customer service from Moe and his staff!!!! There were many times i came after work with my children, he brought the ice cream, gave them several snacks and drinks. He even gave us a ride to the airport to pickup rental car & offered to secure on his card, if I didnt have the means to do so. Little did I know one of his main mechanics had quit days after accepting job on my vehicle. The customer service and new mechanic made up for all the trips and mishaps. I look forward to doing business with the company and location for any and all my car repairs in the future.

I recently had my transmission replaced at the Aamco in Hiram and was extremely pleased with the service I received. From the first call, to the re-check visit after the repair was completed everyone was great. I talked to Femi on my initial phone call. He was so nice, understanding, and knowledgeable. After they had my vehicle towed to their shop and looked at, I received a repair estimate (with no hidden costs), and was provided with information about different financing options that were available. There is never a good time for a transmission to go out, but right after Christmas-who has money for a major repair after Christmas? I’m glad there were financing options available otherwise I don’t know what I would have done. After my transmission was repaired Moe went on a test drive with me to make sure everything was running and shifting properly… what awesome service! Thank you to Moe (Owner), Femi (General Manager), and Mike (Technician) for making my awful situation a little less painful.

I NEVER write reviews. But i had to cuz i dont want anybody going thru what we had to. If i could i would give it 0 stars. Brought our car in because the check engine light was flashing on 2004 honda element. These evil money suckers called me to say oh you need the whole engine replaced. But no worries , we already found you a good deal! We will replace it for you for only $3,500. Oh and we have financing too. We could buy a while nother car for that price. So we went there and took our car outa there. We started driving it and its a lot worse now than when i brought it. 100% sure they did something to it. When we picked it up they kept glancing at us with nervous suspicious looks. But you know what? Its ok. God is on our side and his wrath will be upon those that cheat people out. Just please dont come here. If you do, MAKE SURE YOU STAND BY THERE SIDE THE WHOLE TIME. SO that you can see exactly what they do. Dont say you werent warned about this place.

On April 20th I taken my SUV to the AAMCO at 5575 Wendy Bagwell Pkwy in Hiram. I called them about replacing a part that was broken by another auto shop after a simple oil change. They assured me they could and quoted me a price and how long it would take and I was on my way to Pauling county. When I arrived I was met with a friendly face and was offered something to drink. The part was replaced in less than 5 minutes! I didnt get a chance to finish my beverage!! The mechanic took the time to explain the work he did and to make sure my vehicle was 100% fixed and running properly. Everyone was friendly and I received great service. I highly recommend this shop 100% and I will always take my vehicle to them!!
