I had the misfortune of calling this company for a leak under my kitchen sink recently. I had tried to fix it myself and was able to tighten some nuts but still had some water dripping from the sprayer hose and wanted the other pipes evaluated. I was hoping they could just do a quick repair and keep the bill around $100-150. What I got instead was a guy who said the sink in my 13 year old house was in bad shape and needed replacing. (click dots for more). He also commented on how my faucet was hard to move side ways, and get this, my "sprayer hose was obsolete and could not be replaced". !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! His exact words were "Its time for a new kitchen" , I kid you not. And when he said that, I was absolutely livid and basically said if he wasnt going to just fix the leak I didnt need his service so he left. I was ready to shell out tripple figures for a repair but he decided to go for whole enchilada and lost big. I ended up calling Moen who sent me the replacement hose FOR FREE. and after a few visits to a DIY website and banging my knuckles up and cussing, I was able to replace the hose my self. No more leaks.
