I received expert services from the NEW ERA PLUMBING, LLC, located in Douglasville, Georgia. The company focus on "Customer Satisfaction". My Hot Water Tank leaked a very large amount of water down the tank into a metal pan causing damages along the way. The only company I found that was open on The weekend was NEW ERA PLUMBING, LLC. I was relieved that the Customer Service Representatives kindly spoke with me through - out my emergency situation. My first experience with the company was through the Customer Service Representatives who were able to schedule me for an emergency assessment of my GAS WATER TANK within minutes. The Customer Service Representatives were helpful, kind, and dedicated in providing me with professional services. They were available to answer my phone call each time I called the company and relayed questions I had to Mr. BOBBY JOHNSON, MASTER PLUMBER. Again, they were terrific! If you have an emergency which involves "Plumbing Issues", you should call the NEW ERA PLUMBING, LLC, for an honest, caring, and experienced professional to arrive on time and at the right time to your location. My parents called Home Advisor and this company showed up. Home Advisor has no record of them. The drain line from the sink was clogged. They told my parents they had to replace half the drain line and charged them over $1000 (should have been a $400 job). They caused the toilet to leak and my mother called them out to repair the damage. They said it wasnt the toilet but a water line was leaking and they wanted another $250. I checked it myself and the drain line from the toilet was damaged from the first repair. My parents are older and they ripped them off. When I tried to call, he said he wasnt a plumber, he was a towing company. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

LOOK AT THE REVIEWS. Bobby Johnson is the owner. What is he doing his own reviews for? He did 3 or more himself. Give me a break! He still owes me a lot of money. I will never do business with him again.

Really enjoyed the customer service. Was completely lost in what was wrong, but new era figured it out in minutes and solved it same day. Even explained how to prevent the problem in the future.
