We hired Foster Plumbing through a property manager to make repairs to our home after it was cleaned out of all the copper plumbing by thieves. The work was included in an insurance claim and was finished near the 20th of December. The work performed was adequate - however the experience was entirely negative. It took nearly three weeks for the funds to become available from the insurance company and to be dispatched. I recognize how frustrating it was for him (and us both) to have to wait nearly 3 weeks to settle the account - this was due to factors beyond our control. The account was settled in fewer than 30 days, however, during all interactions, he was rude and unprofessional and ultimately refused to even tender a letter certifying the repairs were complete to close the insurance claim.

I reached out to these folks to have work done at my home. Scott Foster and I had a misunderstaning on what time his tech would be there. I thought he said the tech would call 1 hour before getting there. He called me and said his tech was at my house. I apologized for the miscommunication and asked for 15 minutes. he told me that he cant wait because he has to pay his guys $40Per hour and that i should call someone else and then hung up on me. WHO DOES THAT?? Had he given me the chance I would have paid him for the amount of time that he was at my home waiting plus for the work he did. Scott Foster was rude and unprofessional and I am GLAD that I am giving my money to another Plumber. AM/PM Plumbing came out the same day and took great care of me. I reccomend calling them instead.

This is my second time using Foster Plumbing and they never cease to amaze me. Scott Foster is very nice, professional, and he cares. Tommie and Mike are awesome, professional, and they got the job done. I am very pleased with the staff and Mr. Foster. I recommend these guys! Thank you!

Gave me an estimate to fix a water leak in a water supply line of $1122.00. No explanation of work, just $1122.00 to repair the leak period. I called another plumber Marvin Jones for an estimate....$150.00 later, the leak is fixed and guaranteed for a year. Overpriced! Buyers beware
