So our unit flow switch went bad and the technician bypassed the switch until they came back out. Well Friday when they called they were worried more about the warranty renewal than getting a technician out for the flow switch. Today Saturday the appointment was between 8-12 and of course no one showed or called. So I called and spoke with Amber I believe and was informed that I didnt have to be here I could have went on about my day and she. The technician call I was suppose to return, who does that? Then I was told only one technician was working today and he had a lot of people before me before coming and the suggestion was made to wait until Monday, mind you the flow switch has been bypassed and without that switch in place risk a chance of shorting out the entire unit. Now my day has been shot to hell waiting on a call or technician to come. Remember Monday is a holiday and Im quite sure they will be closed. But that was all that could be offered. This is the worst place to have service with. If you can find someone else besides them you would be better off. So the assured comfort tech bypassed the wires on the unit from the safety switch which is a hazard but all that could said was the tech is in route BUT he has others before my appointment.

We had a great experience using Assured Comfort. We had moved into our new home 6 months prior to scheduling a furnace tune up. While the technician was there, he found that we needed to replace a part on our furnace that was broken (which explained the constant noise we heard in our basement). Rather than being forceful about the repairs, he gave us a few options and was upfront about pricing and the process for each option. My husband and I discussed our choices together and decided to have the part replaced by Assured Comfort, which they were able to schedule for us smoothly. The technician was extremely professional the entire time he was in our house. He was friendly, personable, and insisted on removing his shoe covers and putting on new ones every time he went outside to get something from his truck. This is such a great company and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers rather than just trying to schedule you in and nickel and dime you for everything. I would highly recommend Assured Comfort!!

I called Assured Comfort for an estimate on my upstairs air condition. Customer service stated a service fee of $79 to come out to assess and fee would go toward the repair. Technician called and showed as advertised. Troubleshoot system and found the culprit a bad capacitor. This is where it turned south. The technician offered to replace the capacitor for $210 and would clean the coil for free. I ask about the service fee going toward the repair he stated that it was for repair over $250. The technician did not have the correct capacitor and offered to combine two parts to achieve the correct specifications. I kindly told him no. Did some research to find out a capacitor cost less than $30. I really did not appreciate Assured Comfort not standing by their service charge fee and being taken advantage of in order to make a few dollars. Understand the need to make a profit but $290 to come out and change a part, be for real. This is my first and last dealing with this company.

Jason just left after performing our routine winter maintenance on our HVAC system. While we were very happy with the service call and maintenance done by prior techs with Assured Comfort, we were INCREDIBLY impressed with Jasons good attitude and thoroughness in his maintenance. My husband (engineer) said he did the best job he could imagine on the service/inspection. He took the time to remove panels and parts and really inspect and clean the unit. We appreciate Jason! Assured Comfort, keep up the great hiring/training/servicing! p.s. to future customers, we also like that they email you prior to service with the name and photo of your tech with a little bio. It is reassuring to know who is at your door in advance.

Last year on july 4th weekend our very old air conditioner shut down. They came out and 2 days later we had a new furnace/air conditioner and clean vents. The price was so reasonable we couldnt refuse. The technicians were very professional and kept us up to date on each step along the way. They showed us before and after pictures of each vent. The tech that installed the new air conditioner showed us what was wrong with the old one and explained the new one and how to use the new controls. We are so pleased with everything. over the past year our electric has decreased by 50.00 a month. The house has stayed warm all winter and cool in the summer. I recommend Assured Comfort to everyone.

We had a major disaster in our home that required concrete to be jack hammered to get to main sewer line repair. Our place was like a war zone. From the first time our Plumber Keith showed up to diagnose the problem, we felt comfort that everything would be handled quickly and properly. He was thorough and prompt from the get go. Keith and his helper spent 2 days here maneuvering around to protect all our personal belonging. He kept me informed all the way through the repair process. He cleaned up a huge mess created from the jackhammering. I high recommend Assure HVAC & Plumbing and if youre lucky, youll get Keith.

I have been a customer of Assured Comfort Heating and Air for years. They currently service both my residence and my rental property and Ive always received top notch customer service. They dont ever try to sell you things/services you dont need and they offered the best prices around when I had a unit replaced. My service technician for my home today was Dathan - He was extremely knowledgeable, very thorough and took the time to explain to me what he found during his inspection, not to mention he was a genuinely nice guy. I highly recommend Assured Comfort to all my friends and family located within their service area.

They tried to rip me off! They did not attach one of the three wires on the compressor terminal repair kit and tried to say I had a bad compressor and therefore needed to buy a brand new system. My mother is bed bound hospice patient and needs to stay cool and comfortable. The salesman never came or called to give me a estimate for the new system. We spent our 4th of July hot and miserable! I will never use this company again! I called another company which fixed the problem in 10 minutes. I did not require a new unit.
