Outstanding job! I had a main sewer line that separated causing backup into the house. I called two "name brand" companies, one couldnt come for at least 8 hours, other didnt respond to weekend calls but referred me to 1st Choice Plumbing and Im glad they did. The owner Heath, answered the call on Sunday, described to me what he believed the problem might be and described exactly what his service tech would be doing when he got here. This company is in Dallas, GA and Im located in Canton, GA about 45 minutes away. Keith arrived within 1 hour, was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable and had me back operating until they could be back out to repair the main line. He explained everything he was doing and what would be involved in the repair. He came back out during the week and fixed the main sewer line and also discovered a crack in the main water line from a previous owners repair. He called me at work, told me what he found and had it all repaired and buttoned up in minimum time. Took pictures of his repair work and sent them to me before he buttoned it up. This company was TOP NOTCH. If I have any plumbing problems in the future, Im calling 1st Choice Plumbing right from the start. I know Ill get a professional, quality job, from a locally family owned business!

!st choice was very responsive to a Sunday call. They were here in 90 minutes and Shaun was very polite. I agreed to a $99 service charge to repair a broken water line, but when Shaun showed me the estimate for repairs, for a 10 section of 3/4 inch PVC pipe, that had already been dug up and did not require covering, it was $414 plus the service call. $513 for 15 minutes work and a 1/2 hour drive, to and from my home. Get your home loan approved before you call these people!

Just absolutely terrible. They called to confirm an appointment and advised a plumber on the way. We were at home for over two hours and no one shows. When I called back the lady was rude and suggested I need to call to confirm her confirmation phone call even though we had scheduled an appointment over a week ago. Completely unprofessional, rude and dishonest. Give these guys a pass and find a reputable business.

This company is top notch to me. Weekend emergency repair, they actually answered the phone, set an appointment, came a day early, hunted down the items required, installed quickly, and if that were not enough the plumbers were professional and extremely nice. 1st Choice will be my first call anytime. As for price, they seemed very reasonable .

Simple 15 minute fix on a pinhole leak in the three-quarter inch copper pipe. The charge was $456 and that includes the $99 service fee just for coming out. Well above the high cost for this repair. After some conversation we got a $25 coupon discount. It was Sunday, no one else was available. Wont use them again.

DONT GET RIPPED OFF BY THESE PEOPLE!!! Wanted to charge $500 for a MINOR repair that I already had all the parts for. I had to pay them the service charge just to come tell me this?!?! So ridiculous, had another plumber fix it for under $100.
