B&B came to our house after our heater "stopped working". They were prompt and polite. They quickly assessed that our cat had tripped the off switch on the heater. The kicker is, they didnt charge us for the service call or for the repair. We were very grateful (and felt pretty stupid as it was something so simple). Thank you B&B plumbing and heating of Oxford!

Do not trust any warranty you recieve from B&B, they will find a way to void it and charge you more money!
