First off the positives; they were very prompt, courteous, and professional, the prices however were ridiculous! I called about a leaky shower in my master bath. It is a Moen Positemp fixture. It had started leaking about 6 weeks earlier, and I had replaced the cartridge at that time with a Danco one (ONLY use genuine Moen parts Ive since discovered). Now that it was leaking again I felt I should get a pro to look at it. Looking back on it, I should have just paid the $46 service call fee and done the replacement myself. First of all he informed me that their cartridge (which is supposed to be genuine Moen, and I have no reason to doubt that) was $77. The exact same part at Home Depot is $44. Now I have no problem with a company charging a mark-up on parts, but first of all they arent paying $44 each, they get them at wholesale more likely around $35, so they mark their parts up 100% apparently, and that I feel is a bit excessive. Secondly, the $46 service call apparently does not include ANY time. The plumber was in my house for less than 30 minutes, and still charged a full $79/hr labor. I actually dont have a problem with $79/hr labor, that seems reasonable to me for a professional. What is unreasonable is when it is charged on top of a $46 service call and for a 30 minute job. That makes the effective rate in this case $250/hr and that I do feel is outrageous. This job really should have cost around $125, and I would have been very happy and given them a glowing recommendation, but at $207 for a $44 part and 20 minutes time, Im quite dissatisfied. Overall, I was happy with the person, and he seemed competent, but I am very dissatisfied with their pricing. I may use them again on a big job where I need someone here for multiple hours, but never again for something small like this.

Very bad business experience. I live in Summergrove and had a tree planted right where my sewer line was installed. I had the tree removed and called Water Source due to recommendations and the reviews online. Worst decision I have made in relation to service companies since I have moved here. They had to dig a hole which took the technician almost 7 hours to complete (at $80 an hour). Absolutely ridiculous! They replaced a "T" line which Newnan Utilities troubleshot initially and I asked them what the estimate could possibly be, $500? And the tech from NU said that if it was $500 then he would come out and do the job himself on the side. Once everything was said and done, the tech from Water Source presented me a bill of almost $1100. You have got to be kidding me? I told him I was not going to pay and he threatened to call the police . Seriously? I wanted to speak to the owner in private to explain (not to embarrass the tech) that it was ludicrous to charge $80/hour to dig a hole (which took 7 hours as noted) with subsequent replacement of a simple "T" line. The tech turned out to be the owners son and he refused to get out of my house when I said I was going to call the office and speak with the owner privately. I finally relented and spoke with the owner on the techs phone. He adjusted the bill to $877. What an absolute ripoff! Never use this company if you can help it. Very overpriced and ridiculously uncooperative!

Water Source Plumbing... I HIGHLY recommend this family-owned and operated company. Mr.Drescher owns the company, and two of his sons have been to my house on several occasions. They are so friendly and so knowledgeable! Ive had three "emergencies," which they accommodated within hours of my call. Ive used them other times as well for non-emergencies, but just to give you an example: one Saturday evening, I was watering my plants in the front yard, pulled my hose too hard and ripped the spigot off the wall of my house! Turned off our water supply and went to stay at the Hampton Inn. Sunday morning I called. Mr. Drescher called me after he got out of church and sent one of his sons over within an hour. On a Sunday! Then, once I was watering my backyard, same thing happened. It was late afternoon (4pm or so). By 6pm, his son was here again to fix my mistake. Third emergency, I walked into my flooded garage around 4-5pm one afternoon. Traced the water back to the water heater. His son was here within 2 hours of my call. I love these guys!!!

Our home developed a clog drain from the house to the septic tank. Called Water Source Plumbing, described the situation and scheduled a time for them to come out. They were very accommodating to my schedule and availability. The individual arrived on time and was very courteous. After an assessment was made on the problem they provided an estimated cost to fix the problem before work commenced. They were open and honest throughout the assessment and I felt very comfortable in allowing them to proceed. The individual gave me a peace of mind that no additional work would be performed unless absolutely necessary - they were going to fix the problem in the most efficient and cost effective manner. The work was completed in a timely fashion and I paid exactly the cost in the initial assessment and estimate. We have not had a problem since. I would highly recommend Water Source Plumbing for fixing clog drainage problems. I will definitely use them again should I have additional plumbing needs. Excellent work at a reasonable cost.

I highly recommend Watersource Plumbing Service for several reasons. They are very professional, skilled and experienced, neat, friendly and patient, punctual and reasonably priced! I have used their services 3 times so far. Bobby came and fixed my leaky toilet right away. No mess, no fuss! He had the parts on his truck and was done in no time. He also gave me several tips and information on how to avoid problems in the future. Kyle serviced my backed up toilet and a sink drain issue and also took care of everything skillfully, efficiently and installed better parts than the ones I had. He also took the time to explain how things work, answered my questions and gave me tips. I truly appreciate their service and would recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs! I believe in good customer service and Watersource got it right!

They have been awesome. Im a contractor myself ( I just dont do plumbing) and I hate calling people to do anything on my home. But I called Water Source because I had to have a few things fixed. Bob, the owner, set things up and sent Kyle to my house. Kyle was flipping great. He was polite,efficient and quick. He kept me informed every step of the way and showed me what he was doing and why. The next morning I had a pipe burst (unrelated to any previous work just a freak coincedence) under a sink. Kyle came back out fixed it and replaced the same cheap pieces of pipe under another sink because as it turns out they were leaking too. That was a great save on Kyles part for going the extra step. I have recommended them several times to my clients know and they have all been happy also. Great job Water Source!
