Called for estimate , $65.00 upfront. Office person said the $65.00 would be lost if we didnt actually hire them. If we hired them we would have already paid $65.00 of the estimate for job. He came, gave us an estimate. Gave him $65.00. We are considering the estimate. The estimate is twice as much as Lowes for installing water heater. Also needed a kitchen faucet and tub faucet repair. Decided to let Martin plumbing do tub faucet repair, $69.00. Have already paid $65.00. Call back to set up tub faucet repair. No it cannot be worked out that way. $65.00 for their office overhead. And they did no work. What a way to make a living.

$761.04 for 2 descalings with CLR ,a $113.00 filter, and two valves, and here I stand in my greasy kitchen with a dirty family because I still dont have hot water! The last thing they told my husband was the only thing left to do was to call Takigi and make them fix the valve that Martin already knew was not working. Well, fine, but why are we two weeks and almost $800 in and what was broken still isnt fixed? They have someone in my house convinced that this is ok and we are powerless. I disagree. If you said you could service a tankless and service was paid for, where is my hot water? Where is customer service?
