We hired Mr Rooter Plumbing to change out our existing toilet for an integrated toilet/bidet combo. Unfortunately, our existing toilet was a custom Kohler with non-standard plumbing. So the job required moving the water pipe and waste lines and breaking through bathroom tiles to properly place the new unit. The two plumbers, David and Randy, were complete professionals. They were respectful of our property and were pleasant to be around. They kept me informed on their progress and clearly explained the complications associated with our custom/non-standard plumbing. Their pricing was fair. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very prompt, called and they sent out a gentleman the same day. However, the visit wound up costing over $200 and only lasted 10 min. The technician unclogged the drain in 7.5 min, but did nothing about my two non-working toilets and low pressure shower. He told me a part to go buy for one toilet, adjusted the other toilet (which started to catch and not refill), and recommended I buy another shower-head. Do plumbers not take care of plumbing issues anymore? If you have anything other than a clogged drain, dont bother giving them a call. If you do, expect to pay $28.00 a minute and still have issues after they leave.
