I used City Wide 5 years ago to take care of a septic issue. They had an older man working for them at that time that did a great job. Because of my previous experience I was willing to give them a little slack. I called on a Monday trying to set an appointment for service which they would not set. i was told the best they could do would be to call me back on Friday morning to see where things were at that time. I waited. No call. Called after the Holiday w/e to get the same response they could not set the appointment without the owners approval. Can I speak with the owner? He is not in. We will have him call you. I gave up. The customer service at this office is terrible. Might not be the fault of the girl answering the phone however no one that I have spoken with takes ownership. I will not call again.

Troy from City Wide in Kennesaw came out to clean and pump our septic tank. His willingness to dig out our septic tank cover by hand and pump from the street preserved our yard & driveway. I really appreciate his care since it saved me hours of clean up and landscaping compared to previous experiences with other companies. Cost was right in line with the phone estimate and a separate written estimate was provided for some future work we might need done as roots are growing into our inlet pipe. However, we were given free advice on how to repair and mitigate the problem ourselves. Saved their information because well be using them as long as they are around.

I had a clogged pipe and called City Wide to fix the problem. The first person came out and charged $360 to snake the line and he was not able resolve the clog. The second person came out and estimated the $2200 - $3300 to take out old pipes and replace the pipes. I then called a second plumbing company and they came out the next day. The technician snaked the line for 3 minutes and pulled out a q-tip. He charged me $300 and said my pipes were just fine, no replacements needed. Be careful with City Wide. They only want your money and probably wont fix your problem.

Water was leaking from my Mom and Dads utility closet. The guy from Citywide told them it was the air conditioner condenser pump, not the water heater, so call an AC guy. The charge was $260.00 to spend a few minutes looking at it and fixing nothing. When I called and asked the owner how we could have arrived at this figure without any parts and only a few minutes of labor he said hed have to talk to the technician and call me back. He owns the business. He has not called me back yet. If it gets straightened out I will let you know, but Im not holding my breath.

Although this is a home I bought for my son Patrick to live in, I reside in Gulf Breeze, Florida. I have used City Wide Plumbing for all my plumbing problems and I can truthfully say that the experience has been outstanding. They have always responded quickly to my problems and have outstanding and knowledgeable employees. Their services are fairly priced too.

I worked with 2 other plumbers that tried to solve our hot water issue in our home. The guys from City Wide came out and quickly identified the problem and the solution. If you are looking for knowledgeable professionals, I highly recommend the plumbers from City Wide Plumbing.
