Worst plumbing company ever... I had a leaking sprayer on my sink. I had started the job and got halfway done, but I got stuck. My wife called Trinity Plumbing and the guy told my wife that it would be a $50 trip fee and that it sounded like a small fix so it would not be a huge charge. The guy came out and looked at the faucet. He told me in 5 minutes that it would cost $180 to replace the entire hose for my leaking sprayer. I told him that price was ridiculous for such a small job. They agreed to come down to $130 and they made me pay the $50 trip fee for coming out and doing absolutely nothing. Here is the worst part, the crook plumber texted me a picture of the part that I needed and told me that I needed to go and find my own part and when I found it, they would come and fix it and then charge me the remaining $80 to complete the job. I agreed and got something in writing that I would not get charged a second trip fee. He said that Home Depot would carry the part and they could special order it. It gets worse, I went to Home depot and “they did not sell the part and they could not special order it.” Home Depot gave me a universal repair kit and they said that it would replace a hose for any leaking sprayer. I bought the part, opened it, and spread all the pieces of the kit out of my table, and then I texted a picture to the plumber to ask if it would work. He said he was not sure. It gets worse, his next text said “We can try it, but if doesn’t work, I WILL HAVE TO CHARGE YOU ANOTHER TRIP FEE OF $50.” By this time, I was heated. You have me chasing down a part and now you want to charge me more money. I am not the professional. I do not know what will work and what wont. That’s your job. I called him and guess what he told me. He said that I should just replace the whole faucet “myself” because that would be easier then replacing the hose. My reaction was, “then why didn’t you do that in the first place?.” I told him okay, let’s do that. I asked him how much they would charge to do the job. He said the charge to do that was going to be $180 versus the $130 for the hose replacement. I said okay, so my balance was $80 to replace the hose since they already charged a trip fee. So if the new job is $180, if you subtract your trip fee of $50 (since you have already seen the problem) that would mean that I should owe you $130, correct? He said no, he would have to charge me a new trip fee of $50 more. I told him that’s not right since they had already told me they would not charge a trip to come back out since they had already diagnosed the problem. He said I am sorry and if you don’t like it, you need to find another plumber.. I said wow.. And said “thanks, but I don’t want to do business with a company like that…. My conclusion is that I wasted $50 and my sink is still broke and I don’t trust plumbers all because of this terrible experience. Don’t trust this company. They are in it for the money and don’t care at all about there customer. Run, run, run….

Super thankful for Trinity Plumbing! Our hot water heater totally died on us last night. Trinity had worked on it about 5 months ago. We were concerned that perhaps it would be a warranty issue or some sort of other parts quality issue. My husband called Robert with Trinity who simply advised us to check the circuit breaker which ended up being the problem! Thanks so much for the help! Our hot water heater is back in business! Time for a warm shower! :-)

Roberts crew did an excellent job installing a hybrid electric water heater (a more complex job, it appears, than a typical water heater). He was very flexible on the added cost that required them to cut into the wall for drainage. Over the phone, he also explained how to resolve what I thought was a problem, and it was just air in the lines. I plan on using them again for sure, and I am pleased to support a local business.

Trinity has always been great to us. They performed a lot of work for us when we lived in Legacy Park of Kennesaw and then when we needed plumbing services at our new house in Canton, they came out. Trinity plumbing was sent to one of our properties for a simple repair - replacing the fill valve and flapper on a toilet. They were over-priced and didnt clean up after themselves very well. I give them credit for being responsive and timely, but didnt advise that we would be paying for emergency service when it clearly basic toilet rebuild/repair. We will NOT be using their services again.
