While at our house for a separate problem, the gas company found a large gas leak in our 20 year old hot water heater. It was the Wednesday afternoon before a 3 day weekend. I called Twins Plumbing on Wednesday to see if I could get our hot water heater replaced and the gas leak fixed. I wanted the work done before the long weekend so my family and I wouldnt have to take cold showers for 4 days. Twins Plumbing set up an appointment for Thursday morning and showed up on time to look at our existing equipment. They were extremely professional and described all the work and parts that were needed upfront. By Thursday night I had a very reasonable written quote and an appointment to have our hot water heater replaced the following morning. Twins Plumbing called 15 minutes before arriving and showed up at our scheduled appointment time Friday morning. Once again they were friendly and professional. They removed our old equipment, fixed the gas leak, and installed our new hot water heater. They took time to explain how to adjust and maintain our new water heater, and answered all our aditional questions. I would highly recommend Twins Plumbing to anyone who wants great work and superb service at a fantastic price. We will definitely be using them for all our future plumbing needs.

Im glad I called Twins Septic!! I called for an estimate & their quote was much better than others I called!! The guys showed up in time and Jeff introduced himself when I was on the driveway. I watched how they did the work & Jeff explained how our tank is different from older ones. He answered all my questions & showed me 2 products that they carry: filter and heavy duty plastic lid. I needed a filter because for some reason the company that installed the septic didnt leave one in. The original lid in our tank is cement and a part of it cracked off but will replace it in a couple of months. I texted my neighbor about what I had done & she asked for their number so I texted a picture of the trucks door with the logo & number. I appreciate Jeff and his co-workers work & answering questions!! Thank you to the Twins Septic owners for awesome customer service!! Will definitely call again!!

I highly recommend Twins Plumbing & Septic. We had a septic back at our home which told us we either had a problem with our septic tank or it was full. I called them right after they opened and they were able to set an appointment for same day in the afternoon. They arrived promptly on time, were able to locate my tank lid within 5 minutes of being onsite and had the job finished in about 30 minutes. My big concern was that something caused the tank to back up, so the two professional gentlemen that serviced my property took the time to talk me through the system and explain how each component works and why they believed nothing was wrong. They left me very confident in the work that was performed and their expertise in my system. The price quoted to me was $275, and thats what we paid, no surprises. Very happy, and well definitely be return customers. Thanks twins!

Google wont let me write a separate review (?), so Im adding a comment on the latest work Twins Plumbing & Septic has done for me in the past six months. This time I met the Twins - Will and Landon - and the pair made my day. Instead of snaking out my clogged kitchen drain straightaway, they began by figuring out where the clog was. Then they used an ordinary plunger to clear it, saving me $100 on my bill! The big outfits can match the skill, but they cant compete with the Twins approach to service. These guys are the best. --- Service techs Jeff and Ryan were right on time, and their conduct was both cordial and professional. I really liked that they kept me informed of their progress, and that they completed the job in much less than the quoted 2-hour window. Friendly, efficient, dependable. Ill be calling the Twins for my future plumbing needs.

Twins Plumbing is a top notch plumbing company. They pumped my septic tank in January and they provided excellent service. They were prompt and came at the time they said...no waiting around. This month, our septic system began to back up and we called our home warranty company. We suggested they send Twins back out to us. The brothers came out the next morning and diagnosed a broken septic pump. They actually sat with my husband as he called our home warranty company to get authorization for repair! The next morning, Twins Plumbing was back out to our house to repair our pump. If we had not used Twins Plumbing, wed probably be on someones list, still waiting for someone to come out to diagnose our problem. If you want fast, courteous service with informative owners...USE TWINS PLUMBING & SEPTIC. Thanks guys. Yall rock.

Today angels came in the form of Septic tank technicians! After an overwhelming quote by another company, I called Twins based on the Google reviews. Master Rooter had quoted me $2300 for supposedly clearing my field lines, pumping my septic tank, and replacing supposedly rotten baffles. When Twins Septic came, they treated me with respect, asked questions I could understand an answer, and knew before they even started digging that I had been lied to. These men took the time to explain to me , how my system worked and showed me that everything was in perfect working order. They did recommend pumping because the tank was already open. So with the pumping and our inspection letter need for our adoption, today cost me $425. I can not recommend this company and these men highly enough!!

A few weeks ago I noticed that my master bathroom faucet had begun pooling water down at its base. I did some troubleshooting and I realized something internally was going on. After trying unsuccessfully to "fix" this issue, I decided to call in the experts. I stumbled upon Twins by accident and I saw the great reviews. They werent located too far away from me so I decided to give them a call. Will and Landon showed up on time to access the situation and we were ready to put the new faucet on right away. I hadnt bought one yet, so I made an appt. for that Monday. Again, they were prompt and courteous. They added the new faucet and I havent had any issues since. I would highly recommend them. A+ fellas and I thank you two!

Twins Plumbing and Septic....! OUTSTANDING....! I cant say it enough. I called to set an appointment found that I wasnt in their immediate service area. Through the casual conversation of what was going on with my septic system. I was warned about the $150 pump that is advertised by other companies, there are tons of hidden costs. when I called the local septic company i was given a low price once the tech arrived the cost went up almost three times as much. Fortunately I hash a price out over the phone BEFORE the company arrived once the tech called the owner all other fees were waived.... Without the consulting of Twins Plumbing I wouldve been "Taken" a THOUSAND THANKS to Twins Plumbing!

I highly recommend Twins Plumbing. They were prompt, courteous and straight forward. They were able to schedule me the next day to pump my septic tank and called prior to their arrival. The two men who arrived, Jeff and Ryan, were great! Very friendly, made little mess and cleaned up what mess they did make. Jeff was even very careful to drive the Bobcat through the same tracks in the yard leaving as were made entering. They informed me that our drain field may need repaired but did not try to sell or push any services upon me. Overall, I was very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely use Twins Plumbing in the future.
