Ive been an Assured Comfort customer for many years now and credit their bi-yearly services of my system with the longevity of my aging HVAC system. They have always provided fast and courteous service and today I had the pleasure of meeting, Dan Pelletier-Service Technician, when he came to my home to perform a routine service of my system. Dan called when he was en-route and provided a heads up and ETA to my home. When Dan arrived, he introduced himself and got right to work. I always try to stay with the technicians when they are working, just in case they need my assistance and Dan took the opportunity to explain exactly what he was doing and why. He is extremely knowledgeable and well versed in his profession and I feel that I after listening to him, I know more about my system and how it operates. Dan was the consummate professional and is an example of why I continue to do business with Assured Comfort. Keep up the good work!

When I first scheduled this online, I received a call within 5 min, outstanding! The lady who assisted in getting this scheduled was very friendly and worked within my scheduling needs. The HVAC technician who came out was courteous and professional. He found the issue quickly and was able to resolve the problem that day. He even pointed out another potential plumbing issue that we might want to have looked at but at. Once the technician was finished, I received a call about that potential plumbing issue, which I appreciated and was willing to schedule something at that time. I politely said "not at this time" and the caller understood and did not push me to schedule something I was not ready for. The service was phenomenal and will definitely call them for any future issues.

I have had so many problems with my a/c system, but everyone from Assured Comfort has been wonderful in making sure I get the help I need. Today Dan came out to try to repair my system, he went above and beyond to try and make sure it was right. Ultimately, though, it came down to the fact that I was throwing away good money to repair something that needed to be replaced. He put me in touch with Mike who came out the same day, gave me a quote on a new system, finalized the paperwork and scheduled the new system to be put in tomorrow! Meanwhile, the wonderful ladies in the office were working to help me get financing so I could actually pay for the system. They found a great deal! Now I dont have to suffer through the summer heat... Thanks Assured Comfort!

I was very pleased with Assured Comfort heating, Air, Plumbing I would recommend them to all my friends and family. They came out on a Friday early am for my consultation to replace both of my systems, by early Saturday evening the next day both of my systems were installed. I cant thank you enough for your promptness my family and I were scheduled to go out of town in a few days for a very important Graduation Matt, David, and JT my installers took great pride in there work taking the time to answer any questions or concerns with the install that I may have had ; they were very professional doing a great job respecting my home. The technician that visited our home for our semi-annual maintenance checkup worked swiftly while being through. He was knowable, offering advice on future needs regarding the filter and the operation of the system itself. I am confident that should problems arise in the future that Assured would take care of our needs in the most economical way. I feel that the maintenance contract we entered into is well worth the money when service technicians such as Willard continue to represent their Company in such a professional manner.

Would definitely recommend Assured Comfort for your HVAC needs. Got a new AC system installed last week. I got estimates from 5 different companies and Assured had the best pricing. Every Assured employee with whom I interacted was incredibly informative, responsive, and polite. Their Comfort Consultant Bobby took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answer all of my questions. The technicians that came out to do the install were on time, polite, and respectful of my home.

My technician is Dan P. Dan let me know when he was on the way, and continued to be courteous upon arrival. Ive had two other companies out to look at my A/C, and neither of them checked the ducts, or even the air temp vs. the thermostat. Dan did that and also provided a full service, complete with recommendations. He was very charming and friendly the whole time, and I am so pleased that he was available to help me. I recommend him highly.

We have used Assured for several years now for our home. The service has always been quick and efficient. This last service we asked just for the filters to be changed, however more services were done prior to my approval and that lead to a bill of more than $400, this was a bit of a shock. I do like the company but this time around I found the scenario less than satisfying. Im not sure if I will be using them in the future.

Assured comfort is GREAT! After the repair technician made temporary repairs in a hot attic and thunder storm he kept the system running until the needed part arrived a couple days later. Then the 2 installers made the repair in just 45 minutes. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and courteous. We would highly recommend Assured Comfort because they honored their warranty and it did not cost us a thing.

Bobby was a great sales rep he listened to what my concerns were and found a way for me to get what I wanted while staying within a reasonable budget. Had my 6 month service today by Tim and Chris they were very knowledge able and told me things that can help protect the new system as well as other services they could do to help as well and they did not try to pressure me into purchasing anything.

We were extremely impressed with how thorough and prompt they were. The technicians and office staff explained everything not leaving out any details! The customer service is A-1 and we never had to guess what our fees were going to be because they are so transparent which is AWESOME! We highly recommend them! They will not disappoint. Had 3/4 of my ductwork replaced in my house and had a zone system installed. Techs worked really hard and did it all in one day. Returned a second time to fix a problem found during replacement. They were very professional and worked diligently to get the job completed to my liking. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if I have any issues.

Came home from vacation late in the evening to find our AC not working. Called Assured Comfort Heating & Air right away. Answered quickly. They sent Dan Pelletier out first thing in the morning. Dan went right to work diagnosing the problem and quickly getting our AC working again. He was very professional and nice. Will use their service again for sure.
