The short story: They didnt show up for my wedding. The longer story: I had been going to them for about a year. Months prior to my wedding I booked with them, saying one of their girls would come out to my house on the day of my wedding. 2 weeks before my wedding I paid for a hair trial. The day of my wedding comes, she didnt show up at the time we had arranged. I gave her an extra half hour before I called the salon. They told me that she wasnt there and I asked them to have her call me, even giving them my number to make sure they had the correct one. They have my number in their system, which they had used to called me to confirm appointments in the past. The receptionist called me back saying she had tried to call me--no, I never received one call, text or voicemail. This is a very brief idea of the whole story, there are many more details but just too many to post. Long story short, my bridesmaid did my hair that day. I was over it and had a beautiful wedding. Well, I got a very threatening email from the owner, Jill, saying it was my fault and I was trying to screw them over. Yes. On my wedding day I wanted to make sure my stylist didnt show up. Are you kidding me?? They are crazy and are not running their business very well. During my hair trial I saw another girl come in for an appointment with Kenneth which she had arranged a few months earlier (from what she said). After waiting up front for more than 10 minutes someone helped her. He was not at the salon and she was from out of town so basically she got screwed over and had to leave without any services. DO NOT GO HERE!!! DO NOT PROVIDE THEM WITH ANY MORE BUSINESS!

This was the WORST experience in hair care in my LIFE - and Ive been to Great Clips! The people were rude, didnt do what I asked, and refused to make it right! The owner Kenneth didnt even ask how I wanted my hair cut, just started hacking inches and inches off of the front of my hair! The color wasnt at all what I asked for - not even close! I asked for a golden brown for summer - Sarah dyed me BLACK!!! She even took a break while she was doing my hair to add a feather extension to her own hair. This was on the 7th. I called to ask to have the color re-done and spoke to Jill on the 10th.She said Sarah would call me and that they would be glad to fix it. I never heard from her and over the next weeks I called several times with no reply. Jill emailed on the 24th saying she was sorry, my message was lost, and they would call me the next day. NOTHING for days! After a month of me making many calls and emails, and being promised they would make it right, the "Manager" Jill emailed me on the 31st and said they had no intention of fixing my bad color, would not offer a refund, and that I was not welcome in their salon because I used a special offer coupon from a site similar to Groupon, which meant I had no right to complain. You get what you pay for, I guess. Why offer these deals if they arent going to give their all and honor them!?! Poor management, poor customer service, poor hair services, POOR, POOR, POOR!!!

Great Custom Style/VIP Service! For years I have looked for a talented artist and hair designer who could do more than just cut a specific shape on my head. I am so grateful to have found Kenneth at Perfections Salon. I’ve never received so many compliments on my hair. Kenneth is able to look at your face, the texture of your hair, the way your hair naturally lays on your head and create the perfect custom style for you. The result is a great look that is easy to manage. Kenneth has been cutting my hair for 2 years and the quality is consistently fabulous and I always appreciate the VIP treatment from him and his staff. P.S. The value is great too. I no longer have to run to the salon every 4-6 weeks.

I have been going to Perfections for about a year. I absolutely LOVE them all! Their salon is clean enough to eat off the floors; their service is always over the top. No wait when I come in; I have made appointments within a three-day notice. Kenneth makes my hair look exceptional--Kendall does a fantastic color job! I know they had issues in the past with a few stylists who have since been let go--but the staff now is excellent in every way! I refer my friends there. I have to look my best as I film a TV program which is nationally syndicated--Make Your Life Healthy--and I definitely trust my hair to Kenneth!

I have been going to Perfections Salon every 3-4 months for the last 5 years and I have never once had a bad experience. I have consistently had the BEST haircuts by Kenneth and the cut lasts for a long time! I have been so pleased with the results that I have brought my friends from out of town in for appointments. I am always pleasantly greeted by Jill when I arrive. They have been willing to make adjustments to their schedules in order to meet mine. I love them. I am quite impressed with their new colorist, Kendel too.

Worst customer service EVER! I have never been so insulted in my life. The owner Kenneth greeted me with disdain. Then when it was evident that I had traveled 50mins for nothing cause the colorist was not there instead of apologizing for the problem and setting up a new appointment I was called selfish (because I was trying to get my hair both cut and colored at the same time), and told that he wouldnt cut my hair for a million dollars. Trust me, its mutual. Heres a tip: GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

My cut is great, exactly what I envisioned. Kenneth encouraged the low maintenance hair attitude I have about my hair and gave great tips to contiune low maintenance in a healthy way. He said I only need it cut about 3 times a year with his techniquie, which was nice because Ive always been guilted by other stylists for not following a 6 week rule. Also, he gave me curlers and gave me a simple styling tip for using them that has made a ton of difference in the volume of my hair.

This is Linda Bourquin, not Bill! I started my adventure with Perfections several months ago, and I love them. The personnel-- the owner, Jill, and the hair artists Annie, Irene, and Ashley-- are all wonderful and caring. They really know their stuff and they are color experts. It was a big step for me as a "mature lady" going from brunette to blonde, but I have definitely been safe in their hands and have received lots of compliments on my hair!

Worse customer service I have ever received!!! Angela acted as if she had a million better things to do than my hair, appointment times often got confused, pricing varied with no rhyme or reason I could discern. And when I complained THEY asked me to not come back. Then, they sent me a postcard and called me to ask why I havent been back. Bad service, rude, and totally dysfunctional. Dont waste your money!!!
