I went to get my roots touched up at this salon. I have been dying my hair a copper red for years now and even though it was my first time at the salon the assured me they could match the color and I brought pictures to show the exact color. I ended up with PURPLE hair and blond streaks as well as a $170 bill. This was after I specifically asked the stylist to not do a gloss and she did it anyways. Absolutely the worst salon I have ever been too. I complained and they attempted to fix my hair and did not refund me a penny. I also learned that the years I have spent lightening my hair over time to take the red better could be destroyed by one incompetent worker. I constantly am receiving emails telling me to come back and leave a review despite unsubscribing to the emails. DO NOT RISK IT.

If you are looking for a great stylist for short hair, Linnie is the one! I have very short, fine hair with some natural curl, and in the past, I have found lots of hairdressers who cant get my cut just right given my hair length and texture. Linnie works very hard to please, and she gets it right every time. When I first saw her a few months ago, I had a terrible cut and my hair was over processed. Linnie worked to get me the right haircut and found a color that is perfect (without highlights). Its always about what is right for me, not what she thinks I should have. I am so happy I have found someone who truly cares about me and my hair and how it looks! Thanks for always taking care of me Linnie!

I am very disappointed in the salon. I made an appointment before Christmas to do a rose gold balayage. The hairdresser Keri did not tell me until after my hair was done that rose gold is not an option as a permanent hair color as it is a fashion color. I ended up with a hair color that I did not like. I also did not realize until when I got home that they did not cover by base as I asked. When I complained they were going to charge me $50 to fix their mistake. I sent an email that I was upset and I am yet to hear back.

Linnie is wonderful. Shes really taken the time to get to know me and my hair. When I walk in, I know Im going to walk out happy. The rest of the staff is wonderful as well. They are always very sweet, and who can turn down a cup of Aveda tea? Finally, I never feel pressured to purchase Aveda products, but Linnie or one of the other ladies is always happy to answer my questions.

Wonderful salon. Kari is fabulous withcolor. Im a blonde with color treated medium long hair. Had several stylists not be able to give me a good blonde. Not ashy and not overly warm and orange. Shes nailed it every time!

Wonderful massages and facials. The massage therapist and esthetician both are well trained and provide a wonderful experience. Very relaxing atmosphere. I always leave feeling renewed and pampered!
