I was in downtown Cleveland for a black tie wedding and found this salon online in downtown Cleveland. I figured it would be "on point" but it wasnt. The owner needs to step up her game. The shop was tacky with bad decor, and the stylist that did my hair and nails complained the whole time and didnt care. The polish was old and dry. I dont know how this shop is surviving!

Stylist was very gentle and friendly. She was not very skilled with a round brush blow out which is what I made my appointment for. Ended up having to use a straightener for the whole thing as well as hair spray. Charged me $10 more than what I was quotedoing and took 30 min longer than it should have been. The end result looked nice but it was just way too much.
