I went to The Studio and explained this to the stylist that I had grown out my hair so I could donate it to Locks of Love and that I wanted an inverted bob haircut. So we purposely left the front of my hair longer and cut 10 inches off of the rest of my hair to donate. The stylist proceeded to cut my hair, dry it and immediatly curl it with a 1 inch barrel curling iron. When she started to curl it, I knew something wasnt right. I asked her to straighten it because I have straight hair and thats how a bob is styled. It was then that I discovered that she had given me two completely different haircuts!! One side of my hair was layered, the other was completely beveled which I expressly told her I did not want. I wanted a bob - straight across. I dont know how an experienced stylist can completely and utterly botch something so bad! After all she was working with a clean slate having just cut off all of my hair!!! I was furious and even cried. The manager attempted to fix my hair by cutting it even shorter which I did not want either. We had purposely left the front longer but the only way to ATTEMPT to fix the disaster was to cut my hair even shorter. All in all they cut 13 inches off of my hair all around, it was to the nape of my neck, shorter than my jaw line and still completely uneven. It was a horrible, HORRIBLE experience that took 4 hours AND I was required to pay! I would not advise my worst enemy to go to The Studio. Stay away.

I had an appointment yesterday (Saturday 2/11) it started out good but slowly horribly. I got the blow out & style the shampoo and everything was going good, I told the lady I wanted big fancy curls for a special occasion, literally an hour after my appointment my hair went totally flat!!!! (I have a picture) I was so mad and disappointed I expected way better from a salon that is branded as Paul Mitchell.. I could have gone to great clips and had my curls last longer than an hour not even that I could have done my own hair and had it last longer! I couldnt be more disappointed! Dont waste your money... its not worth it. I wish I could get my money back!

The Studio is amazing – chill vibes when you walk in, not intimidating, professional and yet maintains a dive-y feel. You can tell the staff loves their jobs and the people they work with. Ive been bouncing around Lakewood and Ohio City for 3 years, and I finally found Christina! I have a mess of curls on my head that dry out, but she helps it stay healthy. I recently got a balayage, and she did AN AMAZING JOB. It looks so natural and not stripey. I can see myself remaining a loyal customer for however long Im in Cleveland!

I went here for the first time. I was treated very nicely, it was comfy, I was attended by Maris she was great. I had long hair,wanted a short haircut for my hair so I needed somebody whom I can trust and she took care of it very well and gave me a great haircut and style. Now, I got my hair bleached and dyed blue, purple, and pink, in a style called "Ombre". Was able to set up and appointment within hours. They were very accommodating. Wanted FULL COLOR... LOTS of RED & VIOLETS, as well as COPPER & PINK tones. It took about 5 hours but was done beautifully. Thank you ladies♡♡♡
