Response from owner: This client came in with severely damaged hair that was over bleached at home by a friend. When she stated what she was looking for, two of our top level, experienced designers told her that she would not be happy with the results and it was our professional recommendation NOT to have the service. She stated she "would take the risk". Our designer spent 4 hours on her hair, yet she expected not to pay because it turned out they way she was told it would. It is impossible to reverse the damage caused after a very bad job done at home by a non-professional. She then left a negative comment about our business. Inexperiedced staff messed up highlight job, and had audacity to charge additional for full color to correct their mistake. Over priced with unethical business practices.
