I CANNOT THANK THIS PLACE ENOUGH!!!! First of all you saved my wedding day and secondly I think her name was Rachel, did an AMAZING job on my up do. Never go to Future Directions in Parma, I scheduled an updo wayyy in advance and when I walked in they said I was scheduled for a blowout and couldnt see me for an up do. I dont even know what a blow out is! I was in tears.Im Anyway Illusions saved the day and saw my whole bridal party. I highly recommend them!!!! A+ 10 stars

I used illusions for my wedding day. Andrea did my hair and makeup and the other girls did hair and makeup on my 4 bridesmaids and 2 flower girls. Andrea was extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable! I will be going to her again. I loved my hair and make up and so did everyone else. They do a great job and are really fast. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Christopher did a great job with my cut and color. I am going back for a follow up. The first time was a bit pricey, but I had a lot done. Future appointments should be more affordable. Very satisfied. I am having my daughters hair done there as well. I have a few work associates that have also gone and been very satisfied with the other stylists/colorists.

Very Poor Customer Service and Horrible Hair Color & Cut I got a horrible hair cut and color. When I tried to get the color information they said they would call me but never called back. I called and asked for the information several times and was told that they are not legally obligated to give me the information. I will never go back.

Ive tried several of their stylists at the Parma location and Patty is by far my favorite!!! Ive been going to Illusions for the past couple of years and I havent gone anywhere else since!

The place is very nice. Everyone is usually friendly. Had a great experience and a not so good experience. Last time I went the service was very tentative and genuinely nice.
