I was thrilled to find Carolina after I moved to Cleveland & asked Facebook friends for recommendations. She came highly recommended by one of the friends I trust most for beauty recs, & I was able to book an appointment for the day after I called, thanks to a big cancellation in Carolinas schedule. She was friendly & familiar, not at all cold or awkward or bitchy like hairstylists sometimes are - which is always kind of terrible, given that you have to spend, like, three hours in close proximity to them. Carolina was conversational & helpful, clearly very knowledgeable about hair & willing to both give suggestions on what might look best AND to listen to what I did & didnt want. Ultimately, she chopped only about an inch or two off of my very damaged hair, colored it & added toner, & I left feeling silky smooth & hella hot. I loved the blowout she gave me, which was perfect for the event I was headed to that evening & which lasted throughout the next day. How can I make myself look that chic EVERY day? But seriously, this cut looks good basically all the time, from when I wake up to when I fall asleep, & she colored it in such a way that I wont need to follow up too often (which is great, given that before this, I hadnt had my hair done in 11 months!) In all, a very positive experience with Carolina in particular & with tease in general, as everyone I spoke with there was very friendly & accommodating, & the space itself is well-lit & welcoming. Ill absolutely be back.

Tease is a super cute Modern-meets-vintage salon in downtown Lakewood. All stylists have years of experience so you feel incredibly comfortable and confident even if youve never been there. Tease always welcomes walk ins or if you prefer you can schedule appointments. With the Eufora hair product line and the Image Skin Care line you know youre also getting the full experience with professional grade products, nothing you could find at CVS or Marcs. Friendly, neighborly attitudes throughout the salon. Highly reccommend to EVERYONE! Men, women, kids, cuts, colors, facials, ETC!

I got my hair cut here for the first time, I love the atmosphere. My stylist was great (I dont remember her name), she gave me the best head massage ever. I got a cut and bang trim, and I was very happy with it! Also, free bang trims hell yeah! My only problem was that their website said haircuts starting at $35 and mine ended up being $55, my hair stylist even said I had the easiest cut possible, as I just got a blunt cut with about 1-2 inches off, not sure how they figure out their prices...

I absolutely love this place! I am one of those girls with crazy hair that no one can ever seem to cut right and have jumped hair stylists way too many times. I finally found a home here and Emily Ann (along with the rest of the team) is the greatest. The pricing, in my opinion, is fair and you get excellent quality. Would recommend to any of my friends and family :)

A perm is a very scary experience, especially when it is kinda outdated procedure and many hair salons dont due them regularly. Well, Emily was up for the challenge and performed it beautifully! I love the slight curls I have in my hair now and the body that comes with it! I couldnt have asked for a better job!

Horrible experience they charged me for every little thing they did twice paid $200 basically for hair color no style walked out with my hair frizzy in a bun because the lady only knew how to dye hair and not style it which she charged me for as well stay away its a rip off
