I go to the Ulta in Parma at least 2 times per month and enjoy how friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and helpful the staff is. The store is clean and the testers are clean. Ive also had mine and my daughters hair cut at the salon, and made another appointment because I was so satisfied with the cut. My daughter and I went in this morning and when we left she commented, "Mommy, I really like the ladies in there; theyre nice." Shes only 7 and I agreed with her adorable, yet honest, observation! Well continue to be devoted customers!

Tried to schedule an appointment with the brow bar and they put me on hold for legit 5 minutes and then it just hung up. I never got through to someone. Then I called back and they transferred me to the brow bar and was on hold for another 5 minutes before they hung up on me again. I never did get to even schedule an appointment. Very poor customer service.

I was very impressed with how friendly the staff was very knowledgeable and more than happy to assist you in finding products that are fit for you. Clean environment, great selection/displays. Mona helped me, very down to earth and helpful, loves her job and it shows with her attitude. Ill be returning in the future.

Cashiers were not properly trained for the grand opening. Long lines ..lack of knowledge.. Not trained on coupons. Then shortchanged 2.00 because i made a mistake of paying in cash.
