I have been getting my hair done at Robs salons for over 15 years. I have gone to other salons out of convenience a few times but alway go back to his salon. I was given a gift certificate for a salon in Ohio City, The Studio. and asked to have my hair ash blonde and toned and it was a disaster! My hair turned out orange. After several attempts to work with that salon owner for the wrong process on my hair and being over charged for a full highlight, she nerver responded to me. Horrible customer servive, unprofessionalism and total disregard for a client. I went back to my regular stylist at Zen and explained the the situation and she was very understanding and wanted to get my hair corrected. Jody knew what to do! I am so happy she corrected the orange hair I had ,charged me the correct amount that the salon states! Jody is my stylist and corrected the orange in my hair!!! Thank you Jody and Rob for having one of the best stylist!

Had my hair styled as well as my makeup done here for a wedding on 10/29/16. Wish I could remember the name of the hair stylist (she had short very dark hair) as she did a wonderful job and went above and beyond to make sure my hair looked great for my day as MOH. Salon was clean, stylist was cordial, and she made sure that my hair was touched up before I left the salon (I had my hair done first, then makeup done). Couldnt have asked for a better experience, especially since some of the other bridesmaids were less than thrilled with their stylist.

I have been going to Rob (the owner) for over 15 years. He is super! Hes great with curly hair, color and new ideas. Rob has always made me feel comfortable by treating me like a friend not just a client. His Salon/Spa is also pretty awesome. I cant talk for others but I will say that I have always been greeted with nothing but smiles and a professional reception desk. I would highly recommend Zen Salon.

I went to a girl names Erin to do my hair for prom. She was rough and even dropped the hair straightener on my head. My hair was done terrible, it looked like something I couldve done at home, she didnt try at all. I ended up paying $80 for a crappy hair style and a bump on my head, and she still expected a tip. I would never and will never go back there or recommend it. Id give it no stars if I could

This salon is wonderful! I have been going to the owner, Rob, for many years. He is the ONLY stylist who can take my frizzy, coarse hair and turn it into silk. He is also amazing with color, it looks very natural. The decor and the vibe inside the salon is very current, without being intimidating. I highly recommend Zen Metro Spa!

The best way to quickly compare the quality of Zen Salon to any place in town is to have your brows waxed. For the same price as most salons you are treated like a queen....relaxing to soft music and lighting, good company, and a comfortable place to lie down. The atmosphere and the end result are phenomenal! Highly recommended.

Went here for the first time today, and first time to a Spa EVER. This experience was AMAZING. I had a full body massage and I left feeling really good. Theyve definitely earned my business from the moment I was greeted when I walked in. I already have my second appt booked.

Walking in the door and finding ALL THREE of the "receptionists" on their various electronic devices, thus disabling the greeting gene.... Not good. Then waiting at the desk another 2 minutes to be acknowledged to pay for my retail product? Please
