The house I currently live in is for sale. I live in a duplex. The first floor is empty and my family and I reside on the 2nd floor unit. Yesterday, a realtor by the name of Allie Mazina scheduled an appointment to show the 1st floor unit. My husband and I came home after the scheduled appointment and everything was fine. A few hours later, we heard voices downstairs. No appointment was scheduled for this time so I went downstairs to see who was there. To my surprise, it was a potential buyer, viewing the downstairs unit and the common areas in the basement. I asked them what they were doing there and they informed me that they had come to view the apartment earlier and that they had come back to see it again. I asked where the realtor was and they informed me she wasnt there. I asked how they got in and they informed me the realtor gave them the code to the lock box and they got the key from there. I told them they needed to leave and wait outside for the realtor and when she arrived, i would discuss it with her. I took the key and they walked outside to "wait" for her. I went back upstairs to tell my husband. When we went back downstairs, they were gone. Presumably, the realtor was never going to come. It is apparent to me that her client asked to see the house again that evening and she was busy (it was a Sunday night at 6:30pm). Instead of scheduling the appointment for a different time, she gave them access to the house to come whenever they chose, without a realtor present and without an appointment. She made this decision without even contacting my realtor. I tried to call the number on her business card but the phone number was DISCONNECTED. I tried to contact TRANSACTION REALTY through their website and I havent received a response yet. My husband and I just purchased a home through Coldwell Banker. My husband also works as a mortgage banker at Quicken Loans. We are well aware of how the real estate company works. This is the most unprofessional thing I have ever heard of. This is a breach of security and its truly frightening to think that this woman is roaming the streets of Cleveland, giving her clients access to homes without supervision. DO NOT USE TRANSACTION REALTY

I have contacted Shane Kendall of Transaction Realty about a home for sale, MLS #3637093 at 3782 Bridgeview in Cleveland Heights, both by email and by voicemail. No response to either one. I then placed an offer through another agent and a while later learned that the status has changed to contingent. Transaction Realty however hasnt notified my agent. STAY AWAY from doing any business with Transaction Realty and their unethical practices. SUCKS!!!
